The scenary in the evenings is very good.
All the faculty are qualified and their teachings are great..

Dislikes

The process of fee re investment is complex..
Limited faculty members which is way difficult to manage all the clases with highly qualified teachers

Course Curriculum Overview

I am very much interested in microprocessors and technology ..that is the reason I chose the ECE department. almost every faculty member is qualified from very high-grade colleges like NITW etc. term exams were like a 4.5-month gap and the papers were slightly difficult

Internships in the first year are not possible for us because the time did not support us as we got only 6 months for both semesters which is very difficult for us to manage both the internships and our studies. in the second year I did not have any internship experience yet

Placements till the last year are good but for this year it got reduced to 77 percentage. but the heads of every department are trying their best to regain the previous year's placements percentage.

Fees and Financial Aid

fee structure generally depends upon the category of the student. If the student is from the general category and his family income is greater the 5lpa he has to pay fees of almost 63k for a semester and hostel fees for everyone are the same i.e. 60k per annum.

Campus Life

Life at the campus was not as great as expected most of the space is covered with trees ..looks like a forest from the outside if there are fewer buildings. if that space is reduced and some infrastructure is built in the space, then the college looks way better..almost every book that is taken as the reference in the class is there in the library. dance and dramatic club graphic cafe task force sports club brindhavanam club

Hostel Facilities

hostel facilty is good but the problem only arises regarding the wifi.. wifi signal range is the most irritating regarding that life at the hostel is good. you get freedom until someone near your room gets disturbed..

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

The admission process was simple and quick for the first years. joining the ece group will help you a lot in the future. cause the faculty were very friendly and interactive with the students thereby leading them to a path, where there awaits their perfect future.

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
