I chose it because I am very passionate about the pharma field. 1:10 is the faculty-student ratio in this college faculty qualification is M.PHARM, Ph.D. teaching method available in this college is chalk and board as well as projector. 4 ca and 2 PCA and a final pca and final exam are conducted under the MAKAUT level. the difficulty level for passing this is moderate.

This is the oldest Pharmacy college in India

Remarks:

The college is a good college it is situated beside the district hospital and there is morgue beside it. So students will se many dead bodies been taken. This may be problem for weak heart students. But I thing for a pharmacists he/she should be able to see dead bodies.

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.
