Course Curriculum Overview

4

They Purely Follow NMC, which is the Central Regulating Body for Medical Admissions and Related Processes Faculty are very good, You will be exposed to many patients and the teaching hospital is also nice You have to study and clear exams of college (Internals) or else you won't get eligibility for university exams,, BTW this was done by our current faculty, As they all are getting transferred to many other ESIC like Chennai, Faridabad, Joka etc. these rules might change

Internships Opportunities

4.5

MBBS has 4 year classroom course along with 1 year of Internship in every college in India Our Batch (2021 NEET) mostly won't be having NExT, So we will be writing our PG entrance Exam after Internship, But the next batches might have NExT PG exam through which they have to get eligibility for their Internship (NExT 1) and PG Seats (NExT 1 or 2)

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees College fees - 1,09,850Rs for AIQ and State Quota students - 24,000 for ESIC quota students Hostel fees - 1800Rs (Yes it is just 1800 rs annually making it one of the cheapest Hostel ever - 150rs per month) NSP Scholarship is Applicable SSP scholarship is Applicable

Campus Life

3.5

We Have Many Cultural Events like Ethnic Day - held every year Ranaranga - Annual Sports event including Indoor and Outdoor where all MBBS batches represent themselves in tournaments and Win Points for their whole batch Advaya - Literature like writing poem, Doodling, Creative writing etc., Culturals like singing, Dancing etc., Many other events are there Note : we (Esic Bangalore) Do not have our own Sports ground, as Every year we book some ground nearby and do our sports events and Culturals

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is very good, accommodation is also good, but there might be some chance you will be allotted like 3 members in a single room which it too much for the Actual area given. We have different Mess in our hostel like Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthani (Many North Indian mess are there) , Andhra mess

Admission

I Can get only through NEET UG During 2021 it had 125 seats in which there were 3 Types of seats for which admissions were there, It now has total seats at 150 1. All India Quota (~20 seats) 2. State Quota (~45 seats) 3. ESI Quota (~60 seats) For ESI quota you need to have ESI card of family member through which you can apply for MBBS at this ESI colleges throughout India based on merit And For AIQ and State quota it is done purely on merit basis For Admission (During counselling) you have to Apply ESIC seats together with AIQ Counselling as both seats are alloted from same AIQ Counselling For Admissions through State Quota you have to Apply through KEA website of Karnataka (For ESIC Bangalore and Gulbarga)

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
