Course Curriculum Overview
Though I am interested in Business I had chosen this course and also SRM University was a fabulous institution to make youngster career-focused and make them successful in their life. The faculty-student ratio is 3:40. The faculties are well qualified and teaching methods are also good. Total 3-year duration and 2 semesters per year for this course. For me, it was moderate to study and pass.
Internships Opportunities
At SRM the average salary is 10000 for an internship although it can vary according to the companies and the nature of internships. Some companies will provide extra allowances like travel and housing subsidies.
Placement Experience
I got a placement in the last semester itself. I feel happy to share this. I got a placement in hcl Bangalore. Top companies have participated in the placement program like hcl, Infosys, and Google. Upto 75 % of the students got placement in these companies. An average of 4.5 lakh per annum is the salary.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year fees are upto 1 lakh and exam fees are also charged. I got a BC minority scholarship of 7000 per year. Hostel fees are separate. The Campus interviews and placement are provided on our campus. I got a placement in HCL.
Campus Life
There is a wide variety of clubs are in active here like Tamil Development Club, sports club, arts club, etc. Club inauguration and club closing days are occurring throughout the year. All students are allowed to participate according to their wishes. College program competitions are also in practice.
Hostel Facilities
Ac non-ac rooms are provided. Room sharing of 4 members is provided. Individual cot fan facility shelves were provided. Cleaning will be done. When we are done admission process we can register for a hostel room by paying fees.
Admission
There is no entrance exam for this course to join SRM University. The admission process was done by the counseling method. We have to collect an application form from the respective office and fill it up and submit it there. The candidates are shortlisted based on the qualifying marks and are provided a provisional allotment letter. Based on the rank list we will selected in the college.
