Course Curriculum Overview

I want to do this course because theory subject is easy for me. there is a lot of faculty member in every branch as per the student ratio. The teaching system is very good and faculty members are very intelligent.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 28700 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is minimal. Every student pays 28700 for registration and 3500 for exam fees for a year. the scholarship is also provided to sc st students and also obc students .general students do not give scholarships.

Campus Life

In our college, so many fests are done. In every branch, they have their branch fest of different names and in college, the annual function is also done. In the library, so many books and journals are available for every student.

Admission

I give jee main exam for admission to college. In IGIT, the website application form is available. Application fees and dates are also there. College is a very good improvement needed. So many students also clear the Ojee exam and admission in btech.

Placements are quite good. Thats precisely why i chose this college . The highest offer last year was 52 lpa . Other than that average package is 6 to 8 lpa for cse students . Mostly all students get placed . A few companies that come for placements are Infosys, TCS , JP Morgan , Deloitte , Bookings holidays , Cognizant, Accenture .

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is a government college but provides much more facilities like private colleges.

In odisha we have a specific counselling procees named as OJEE counselling. In this we have to apply for many colleges as we want. Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections.
