Course Curriculum Overview

My course is in demand and everyone needs cybersecurity engineers in the present world. There is a high scope of getting placed by taking this course. Around 25 students are allocated to a faculty. M tech or PhD is the qualification of most of the faculty. Exams are conducted on a semester basis i.e., 2 semester exams per year. If you read the concept from the textbook and understand it, then you can easily qualify for the exam.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 105000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

In the fourth year ie in the 7th semester, students of all branches are eligible to get placements. Major companies like TCS, Accenture, CapGemini, Wipro etc. visit our campus. The highest package will be around 10 lpa and the minimum is 3.5 lpa. 60% of the students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Generally, the annual fee is 1 lakh per annum. Some fixed costs like a library, placements, transportation, etc. need to be paid separately. The government provides scholarships for sc, st, obc castes through ts Epass website. You can register here and submit the documents to get a scholarship of 35000. Private agencies also offer scholarships for any caste students. Students need to register in that agencies as per their interest.

Campus Life

There are so many fests like annual day, traditional day, freshers day, graduation day, etc are celebrated in our college. Technical and non-technical events like hackathons, workshops, and sports competitions are conducted. Library as course-related books, novels, quantitative exam guides etc. The classroom has a projector and the labs have laptops with the internet. NSS is a social group that helps poor people is there in our college.

Admission

If you get an Emcet rank below 35000, then you are eligible for the course. I filled out the application form at the college itself and the application form fee will be around 2000. Application dates will be informed by the college after we get that college counselling. Obc/sc/st castes can get an amount of 35k as a scholarship from the government.

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Why to choose CMR and what to look in CMR

The admission process was quite simple cause I took admission in the management quota so the admission process for me was quite simple and didn't had to go through long procedures for it and the Eligibility for the course was 60% and above in 12th standard and all the original documents need to be submitted while filling the admission form and the admission form is available by the admin office and and to book the seat there in the college I had to pay 1000 for the form and 20000 for the admission fees and this was concluded in the actual college fees and the application dates for the college starts during every year in the month of May and goes on till June and July for the counselling seats and for the management seats the process is very simple and easy....Read More
