A student can join the university through the karnataka cet or by managemebt quota or through jee mains or any other entrance exams also. This is how the admissions takes place

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching and research on a specific course is good enough.Needs a bit improve.The current course i have taken is EC engineering.The lab and research are good enough on this course.

Since i am the first year student inthe campus i dont know anything about the internships. I will let you kmow about the internships when i come to know.stay tuned

Since this is newly opened university there is no placements happened yet. But there are several good companies for the campus interview.Next year we will come to know about the placements. Because the university was started 3 years ago.

Yeah many many cultaral programs takes place For example freshers day kannada rajyosthsava sports day college fest and many many competations takes place in the university.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is affordable for a common people. Total of Rs.75k per annum through karnataka cet and around Rs.2L per annum through management quota.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available as in other universities. The university will provide a enough time to pay the fees. U can pay the fee through the installments. Thats all about the scolarships and fee.

Campus Life

Yeah there are lots and lots of extra curricular activites happening. There are lots of clubs. For example sports club fashion club dance clun ncc and nss and much more.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is too good for the students those who focus on studies only. Strict enough!

Alumni/Alumna

The interaction between students and the alumni is quite good. The college has provided a greay platform for student alumni. Yeah offcourse the alumni contributed for overall development of the college.

Exam Structure

Exams come and go. Yeah sometimes it makes us tired. Sometimes its ok.

Faculty

Faculty are well educated and experienced enough to teach students. Completes portions in a given time.the faculty people are good enough in this university

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
