My piet experience

I am doing b.tech in Civil Engineering, my mentor teacher informed me about this college, as this college comes in Delhi NCR, I took admitted here. 40/20 ratio of boys/girls in the classroom there are 2 sem exams per year.

The college provides internship opportunities on campus, we need not go outside to search for internships. this year 2023, I am working with READYME company for my summer internship. I have heard students go outside for industrial visits also.

College campus placements get to start from the 7th semester. Here, google, amazon, Flipkart and other companies visited, but few times. most of the companies come here for sales jobs. As civil branch students, we have to struggle a lot. most of the jobs come only from cse branches.

I have taken loans for my college expenses. it costs me around 5 lacks 20 thousand for a whole 4-year b.tech degree in this college. their fee is a little bit on the higher side compared to other Delhi colleges.

I mostly prefer to read in the library where many books, and journals are available which you can take home for 7 days without a fine. Carbuncle is the most popular fest in our college, previously king singer came in 2022 carbuncle.

Admissions are done through jee mains and hseb exam's merit list. they issue a rank list under which students are qualified for admission. students having 90% in their boards also secure scholarships from college upto 30% sc/st students get discounts on academic fees
