Course Curriculum Overview

I'm interested in civil that's why I choose this branch. This college is one of the best NIT in north India with a very high placement scenario which is more than many IITies. Approx 30-40 students are assigned one faculty and also the Faculties are highly qualified.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for our college are around 1lakh plus 25000 mess fee which has been increased recently from 20000. There are many scholarships like the swami dayanand foundation and also UP scholarship and Induslnd Scholarship.

Campus Life

Our annual fest is Culrav and the technical fest is Gavaskar. There are plenty of books in the library and approx all the required books for the curriculum are there. There are regular inter-NITies and IITies competitions organized. Also, we have a cybersecurity club and a coding club.

Admission

The required percentile is above 97 for general candidates and for SC and ST it is around 92. The admission procedure complete details are provided at jaamain.nta.nic.in.The application fees are also optimum. No need for any improvements in the admission process.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

The rate of my branch was quite high because I am in CSE AIML and future is totally depends on it that's why i select this branch. MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it.
