Remarks

College's condition very bad right now but can do very good. Has the potential. Really needs to get over the attendance drama and focus on its level of teaching and conduct worthwhile exams. Focus on teaching how to implement

Entrance Preview

SAAT was the exam i answered for entering the college. No interview process was involved. Love for CS brought me choosing the course

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

The course CS chosen by me is great but the level of input given by the college in terms of practical knowledge is a big zero. The level of teaching is shit.

Internships Opportunities

No internships were provided by the college . Do whatever you can do on your own . College cannot do anything in case of internship

Placement Experience

2

Major companies were amazon , adobe , deloitte this year Lots of fake placement last year Average package is around 3 lakhs 70% placement

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is 2 lakh per annum for academics. Rs 2500 every semester as registration fee . For hostelites Rs 39000 is for accommodation and Rs 30000 for fooding ( which again is a big joke ).

Hostel Facilities

0.5

I don't reside in hostels but my friends do. 4 people have to share the room with common bathrooms. Extremely bad situation. For hostelites Rs 39000 is for accommodation and Rs 30000 for fooding ( which again is a big joke ). Regular occurrence of simcards, cockroaches etc happens in the food.

Exam Structure

First of all attendace is 75% which makes it compulsory for you to attend the classes wether or not you gain anything from it. Secondly , assignments are too frequently given to us which are also meaningless. You just have to copy them. Even computer programs are repeatedly made us write down in notebooks. No time to learn anything thing extra .

Faculty

2

Some of them are great. Others Don't know what they are teaching and why they are teaching . Syllabus is just somehow choked down out throats . No space for reasoning or questioning .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quiet relevant it covers all the important subjects and topics.I chose the Ece branch as the demand of semiconductors is rising in the future. The curriculum perpares us well for real world applications. The course teaches us a lot of outdated concepts but it misses out to teach about what is happening in the world right now. So the course can involve a lot of topics that are in trend.

Placement Experience:

Placemets start right from your 7th semester. Most comapnies that would come here would be like vedanta , ashok leyland etc etc who mainly do mass hiring, th no of offers are quite low as for durig my time most companies qul do diversity and hiring would only select girls and the girls were low in numbers as compared to the boys so each girl recieved atleast 2-3 offers while rarely a boy would even rev=cieve a single offer. The highest package was offered by Vedanta but it was 13 lpa in ct in hand it would be arond 5-6 lpa , the average package was also the same around 5-6 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students placed would be around 30 percent but they inflated the numbers heavily but showing only the students who were eleigible as boys were mostle ineligible. My plans are to look for masters somewhere abroad.
