Course Curriculum Overview

I choose chemical engineering at Silver Oak because previously I wanted engineering from Indus University but I failed to get so I managed here at Silver Oak University. Student to teacher ratio is 100:1 in normal classes and around 30 students per lab per teacher. exams are always timely mostly late by a week and results mainly late by 2 weeks

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

About my fees I paid in cash before the semester start so I get a 10% discount. If you pay online you'll also get a discount but before the semester starts there is a nominal 500. charge if you pay late. you can also opt for loans if you want and also for scholarships by gujarat government

Campus Life

An annual fest like Junnon and rangmanch happen every year .with some bachelor parties which are mostly not official. Books are mostly available in the library I am not sure about journals. all classrooms are well equipped with a project and whiteboards classrooms are big and airy.

Admission

I was eligible for this course because I am from cbsc board and scored good marks in it. To find application form fees and dates you have to check the silver Oak university addmission website you can do almost the full process their you just have to go offline to submit your gujcet and board results and some documents along with your passport-size photos and you are good to go.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T
