Course Curriculum Overview

3

The basic reason to choose this course was the tech market. I was always interested in computer programming and I enjouyed coding so I chose Computer Engineering as a field to study. College can improve their course by adding more trending courses.

Internships Opportunities

3

The internship provided to the students have widerange of domains. It can be of management, development, desiging, and so on. Various companies like Tech Mahindra, AppitSimple, and etc. visits the college for hiring. The placements criteria in kind of basic like one aptitude round and one or two techincal round.

Placement Experience

4

The student can apply for internship after completion of the first four semseters. The companies also visits the campus to provide the internship program to the students. The pay range of the company lies between 5000-20000 Rs. Most of the companies that visits the campus are from Gujarat itself. And most of the company provides stipend and after that ppo is offered to the students based on their performance for the company. The major of the student will sit for the campus drive and very less would actually be able to be selected. My plans after getting the degree is to get a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

1.Year-wise fees I paid was Rs. 78000/- without any discount or if there is any time-based discount it would be between 5- 10%. 2.During the time of admission there was Rs. 3000/- for admission form and after that you'll have to give a cheque of Rs. 10000 to the college as a caution fees which will be returned after you complete your degree from the college. 3.Now per year there are some external fees a student need to pay which can be exam form fees(Rs. 2500 for one semester) and regulatory charges(Rs. 750 for one year). 4.There was no change in fees based on the casts and categories but if you have a freeship card then you don't need to pay the tution fees. 5.There was no scholarship offered for our branch the only financial aid was freeship card.

Campus Life

3

There was always atleast one fest happens every semester for the students to enjoy themselves. They can participate in those fests. The fest in our college was named Junnon. It was nice to have those king of fests for the students to let them enjoy and then get back to the studies. The library has a huge collection of books. It contains may different domains of books a student would require. There are also many clubs formed in the college for students to take part in like IEEE, Google Club, etc.

Admission

I also applied to GEC, Rajkot which I also got admission in but the only reason I rejected it was because of the place. If I would have choosen that college I had to move to another city. So that is why I chose this college as it close to my home and also I don't have move anymore.

Faculty

4

So during exams, in one class there were 30 to 45 students and 2 supervisors provided. The relationship was very healthly between teachers and students according to enviornment. I can't reveal the names of the faculty but most of the faculties were nice and very helpful to the students. If there were any doubts they would clear those doubts and help us in whatever way they can. So, there are 2 exams in one semester and 2 vivas. 1 viva and exams are internal and other are external. For external teachers from other colleges visits as supervisors.

Interview Experience

3

There was no group disccusions for admiision. There was just a merting in which you will be told about the college. Their enviournment and the fees structure. Once you're ok with all the conditions you can get the admission in the college.

Night Life

3

I don't know about the night life around the college but there is cafeterias where students can huddle to discuss their things. There is inly girls hostel present in the college. Boys have to find other hostels near college to stay. There are lot of private hostels present near the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well-strutured and covers fundamental concepts in a clear and systematic manner. As a first-semester student I found the subjects helpful in building a strong base for futher studies. The syllabus balances theory with practical exposure which helps in understanding real-worls applications.Faculty members explain concept clearly, through adding more hands-on projects and industry-oriented topics would make the curriculum even better.Overall the curriculum is relevent comprehensive and suitable for beginners but it can be improved with more practical sessions and updated content aligned with current industry trends.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.
