The reality of B. Tech at Guru Nank institutions

I choose this course due to my interest in software development. And faculty are good enough in ratio. But their communication skills are not up to the mark. The qualification of the faculty here is they have all done minimum m.b.a (postgraduation). The teaching method should also be improved and practical teaching should be encouraged more. In this college in b. Tech course there are 2 semesters and 4-mid term examinations in a year. Each sem has 2-mid term examinations.

The student who maintains a good cgpa & has skills in various courses will get good placement opportunities. 5-6 companies will visit every year for the placements. 70 per cent student will get placements

The fee structure is quite easy but the thing is management pressures students to pay lumpsome amount that is, total fees have to be paid at a time and does not concern student financial conditions. The college doesn't provide any type of scholarship from their side

The campus is adorable when compared to other colleges nearby. The colleges have only 2 fests for a whole year. Which is also not conducted in a good manner. The ambience of the classroom doesn't match with the fees which are paid by the students. There are many clubs in the college, which helps the student to develop their skills

The rooms in the hostel are good but the service is a worst and special mention to the mess food. At the starting of the year (2-3 months) quality is maintained in the food after that got worse. Registration for a hostel is a complex process. The price is high for a hostel (90000).

Eligibility of the course is 12th class must be passed. The application form can be found on the college website. More instalments should be given to students for paying fees. If any candidate has reservation criteria then the reservation is applicable to that particular candidate.
