Fun filled four years of college life.

The academic coaching in this college is far better than any other colleges under VTU. The hostel life here is quite boring and the facilities offered i hostel are not upto the mark.The infrastructure is more than sufficient to promote learning of the students and follow ups of students are done regularly

I landed up in this college through Common Entrance Test.There was no interview process.A friend of mine insisted that i join this institution and i am happy for having done the same.Admissions can be taken through COMED-K and managements quotas as well for the other students who cannot get in through CET.

The course that i have take is Mechanical Engineering.The staff here have been very supportive and encourage students to do something innovative.Workshops on various topics are done regularly.Since the branch (Mechanical) has been started recently , the placements in core companies are a bit scarce. But the other branches are doing well.

A number of companies visit campus for the purpose of internship drive.The internship drives are more for CS/IS branches offering them to pay 15k-30k during internship.But the internship for the other branches is not well.A very few companies visit for other branches and some companies pay a meager amount while some do not pay.

The placements in this college is good .Taking about the IT branches like CS and IS, placements here is awesome and there many good companies visiting like Flipkart , Media.net, Endurance Juspay and many other companies.The placements for E&C and EEE students is also quite good.But placements for mechanical and civil students is scarce since the branches were newly started.The average package is around 3.5L. About 90% of the eligible students get placed and about 15% of the students have more than 2 offers in hand.

Admission through Common Entrance Test is affordable.It costs around 55K-70K for every two semesters.Admissions can be through other COMED-K and management quotas as well.The fee structure for COMED-K students varies between 150K-200K a year while it varies between 300k-400k a year for management quota entry.

The labs are given at most importance and attendance is mandatory.But this definitely helps to cross the barriers of the final exams very easily.

The faculty here is excellent. The institution is famous for its notes. Classes are interactive and learning is fun. The staff here are always available to students for doubt clearance sessions and always try to do their level best to clear the concepts.The standard of coaching in this institution is a step ahead of the other colleges that come under the Vishvesvaraya Technological University.
