Course Curriculum Overview
I have an interest and I am very passionate about the hospitality industry, so I have chosen this course. The faculty-student 1:10. All the faculties are Masters and most of them are pursuing for Ph.D. The teaching methods are really nice, which makes it easy for the students to learn and understand the subject. Every 2 months the university conducts exams as class tests and every semester we have and end semester exams. If the student pays little attention then it is very easy to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
In our course there are 2 internships scheduled in the whole course, the first one is in the 3rd semester and the 2nd one is in the 6th semester, and if the student takes a Swiss Diploma then they also get 15 days of experience in Switzerland. Lots of big companies come for interviews for internships. I have got the change in the companies such as The Oberoi Group, The Leela Group, St. Regis by Marriott, and Taj by IHCL. The stipend that was offered was INR 1500 per month. The internship helps the student to adapt to the industry, and so the student will get real-time situation-handling skills.
Placement Experience
The training and placement cells are really effective and active. Big companies such as Tata, Reliance, Marriott, and many more companies come for the campus interviews. Almost each and every student gets a secured placement before completing the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is moderate, students enjoy the benefit of scholarships on a different basis. I got the Tejaswi scholarship from the college on the basis of marks I got in 12th standard. The fees are quite affordable in terms of the type of course.
Campus Life
Life on campus is really good. The students enjoy every type of facility on campus, we have different clubs in the university such as cultural club, culinary club, sports club, photography club, and many more. The classrooms have a positive environment and we'll be structured.
Admission
There are no entrance exams as such for taking admission to the University. The application form is available online and from the campus. As there are limited seats for every course, the reservation allows the student to book their seats with reservation.
