Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and faculty members were very good. And they help me a lot and also support me. I choose computer science engineering. And teachers are so good but some are not. And I gave JEE it is very tough you have to focus on it.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities available with my college are many more. Many companies come to my college for internships to give students the best chance to show their skills. Companies like Mahindra tata oppo skill vertex offered internships.

Placement Experience

The placements of my college are very good and students have many opportunities to get a good job. From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Like Tata, Mahindra, etc Many more companies offered. The highest package company provides about 10LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure depends on category. My category is NT that's why my fee is 20000. And I got a scholarship also. And cost required to study is about 1 lakh per year including admission fees and cost of study and transportation.

Campus Life

Life at the campus was very good l enjoyed it very much it was very fun on the campus. The teachers were also very good humble and polite with students. Every 2 months campus conduct festival and many programs and annual function also.

Admission

The admission process was not tough. I gave JEE and CET. On the basis of JEE, I got admission to my college. Eligibility for the course is 12th from science and any entrance exam like JEE and CET. And my fees were twenty thousand. And I got a scholarship also.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Nice curriculum in my cource in first year 6 subject are there which are maths chemistry physical engineering drawing and mining geology classes and approx length of each class is 55 min which is nice
