As I want a normal graduation so I chose this course. faculty: student ratio is 1:10 qualification of faculty is phd and csir net qualified, teaching method is all over good all exams are conducted on time, sometimes the difficulty level is more.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Placement Experience

from last semester students are eligible and campus selection comes for several courses but not for my course. in b. Com Vedanta Steel Ltd. And in BCA wipro etc. 2lakhs annually minimum package no idea about the highest package 40% placements As I m going for b. Ed in government college

Fees and Financial Aid

it is 3 yrs course and a yearly 27000/- is to be submitted. Now Nep made it 4 yrs. no scholarship, I got. No campus and job placement in my sector. It is just a course to know. Financial assistance is not so good.

Campus Life

Xavier Utsav is conducted once a year during March and April and it's for 1 week. all types of fictional, and non-fictional, course books and all types of books related to selective stream are available. smart board, fans, tube lights wide windows sports day is celebrated and all kinds of co-curriculum are organised. rotaract club, nss, NCC and more clubs

Admission

For admission Entrance exam with 75% in the 12th boards. From St. Xavier's Ranchi College website, one can get the admission form. no reservation for general. yes, the behaviour of teaching and non-teaching staff and little bit benefits for ews section.

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

My Low Budget College life in Master at St. Xavier's College Ranchi

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree. The admission process is we have to fill an online form ,after that we have to clear an entrance ixam ,then after clearing the cutoff we get selected for the course. Thanks...Read More
