Remarks

For MA in Geography, there was direct admission based on graduation marks. You can apply from the official website of the college. Yes, reservation benefits are available. The process of admission is easy but one important thing is to go on the given date and time or there will be problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

Being a graduate of this college itself I wanted to continue my masters here. All the faculty are highly qualified with years of dedicated teaching. Classes were regular and each student got guidance from them. The environment is very disciplined. Exams were on time. With the proper guidance, and syllabus completion it was not that tough as for exams.

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We got many internship opportunities as of one was BIT MESRA RANCHI, Other was from Patna municipal corporation. Meteorological dept anishabad, other in taraandal during summer vacation. It was a good experience overall.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is quite high but you will never regret it since quality education is provided and exams are on time you will never lag behind. As compared to other colleges the session will complete on time this was the best thing. My annual fee is 70000. I got no Scholarships.

Campus Life

Seminars, workshops, and projects are made usually throughout the year. The Library is best where each and every book you need are available. There is also a departmental Library as well. Classes are well-equipped and sports and extracurricular activities are held.

Hostel Facilities

I took a private hostel, the quality of food was not good, and it was in the Nageshwar colony. The hostel fee was approx. 6000 per month. You will easily get a hostel but choose the one which has good quality food or there will be a problem.

My college professors are good and also their behaviour
My college studies is also very good. I got to learn various to things.
There an opportunity for everyone. No discrimination between anyone.

Dislikes

College building is not built in proper manner
Non availability of various things. We don't get it.
We are unable to find various types of book in Library

Likes

Class room facilities and silent environment for students
Library is also very good. Important books are available
Campus of college are greenery environment and clean

Dislikes

Compus is to long. And many roles are applied on students
Canteen facilities are not good and not affordable
Many courses are not available here. No extra language course are functional

Dislikes

Students have no right or word over authority or teachers
Spending lakhs of rupees for nothing. Example like boring events, unnecessary spendings

I was graduated in BA Economics, after my graduation i wanted to do mass communication media as my post graduation, because I wish to do something practical based or skill based profession.also it is a vast area, with a wide spread scopes. My curriculum here is better and mostly it is focused on ugc net,jrf syllabuses. Practical works and classes are also provided by the department regularly.

Annual 1 time exam which is very good for students enrolled in other courses or preparing for other exams
Location is very good which is situated at heart of patna i.e Gandhi maidan.
Faculty were highly qualified and teaching skill were amazing

Dislikes

Irregular exam period and result are very delayed.
Class infra was not so good. Dirty rooms and windows, tables ,chairs in very bad condition.
Although teachers were skilled bt their behaviour was rude and arrogent. Overall not coperative.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course to enroll myself in NET JRF so that I can apply for my Ph.D. studies. 110:1 was faculty to student ratio. Most of the Faculty was well qualified having a degree in P.hd and there were some faculty doing research in P.hd. Exams were not on time. We faced many problems due to the irregularity of exams at the university.

Placement Experience:

They say many companies including bajaj, infotech, Microsoft visit out college, there is a cut-off according to the package based upon the Cgpa of the student, students are nervous as here too is competition and one needs to give tests

Once the University announced the admission notification on the website, I had to download the application form from the website and then I filled it with all details and submitted to the University with 500 rupees application fees. Also, I had attested all required documents. After submission, I received a mail regarding my selection based on my merit. Then I joined the interview via Skype and got selected.

PWC is a powerful college!

Admission are based on 12th scores and let me tell you that they aren't easy at all. Firstly it's a minority college and therefore Christian reservations are 20% and so cut-off for non Christian students hits 90 mark every year. PWC is a powering place for girls!

Be beautiful as our college campus

Firstly we have to fill out our college admission form after that entrance exam will be helded. The college select the students who clear the college entrance exam and then they call students with their documents for admission. Eligibility of the course is that student must score above 45% in their 12th board examination of any board. Student must find the application form, applications fees and dates from the college website. Talking about the frequency and timing of exams there are 100 multiple choice questions and duration time was 1.5 hours. Questions are divided into many sections like english, general knowledge, reasoning question and basic mathematics.
