Course Curriculum Overview
I didn't choose this course, I got this course based on my rank. If I talk about my branch the faculties are very good as well as very strict. The ratio in my branch is about 13:1. The teaching methods are the same as other colleges and the qualifications of faculty are mostly PhD. Here we have exams very frequently and marking is very tough.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that offer internships are Samsung, Intel, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. As per my knowledge, most of the interships are paid and it is for about 4-6 months. I don't have any idea about projects as I don't have one.
Placement Experience
Students get eligible for campus placement after the 7th semester. We have Samsung, Intel, Nvidia, Qualcomm, etc. with an average package of 20-22 lpa for my branch. The highest package offered was about 85 lpa and avg was 15-18 lpa. The percentage of students placed was more than 90%. My plan is to go for the gate and then work in a PSU.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees are very high as per NIT as it costs about 1600000 for 4 years. Here mess and hostel fee is costly. But here we have so many scholarships available on the basis of your father's income and your SGPA.
Campus Life
Here we have 3 annual fests bitotsav, pantheon, and one more. Here the library is very big and it contains books about all subjects. In the classroom, we have a table, chair, big green board, smart board, Ac, etc. Here we have 2-3 sports events and so many extracurricular activities but students don't have time for them. We have different clubs for music, dance, drama, and technology.
Hostel Facilities
In the room, we have a table, a chair, and 2 beds as it is a double sharing room. Mess food is average, it is better as compared to other colleges we have non-veg thrice a week. Hostel registration is easy and affordable to all. No one except students whose house is within 5 km can live in any other place except the hostel.
Admission
Eligibility of the course was: the candidate should have at least 75% marks in the 12th board exam, the candidate should have jee mains seat confirmation letter. You can apply it through josaa counseling. Here you will have reservations for Students belonging to classes such as SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, and some seats are reserved for home State students.
