I choose the course cause I wanted to peruse as a software engineer in my career. The faculty here is very friendly and supportive in nature and they support students in every aspect of education and other competitive things.

The placements offered by companies visiting this company are very good. Many of our college students get placed. Maximum packages are around 1 crore and the average package is around 15 LPA. Companies like tcs,wipro, etc. Visit the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this college are Very much high. But you can avail benefits of scholarships if you have given the mht-cet exam. This scholarship is named the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj scholarship and it returns 50% of the fee.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good and very much enjoyful. Campus spread is very large. There are many tech fest and annual shows in which students participate and gain experience. This makes students able to meet each other.

Admission

I gave mht-cet entrance exam and then undergo a counseling process to get admission. It was a very easy process and it is not that much hectic as compared to other college admission processes. You can avail of benefits of this if you are in merit.

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.
