Presidency University is a very huge college around. 60 acers of vaat ground
Presidency University Yelahanka Bangalore gas the best infrastructure a student could ask for.
Campus Life is way too good than I expected. I m loving and enjoying at the my college very much.

Dislikes

I love everything about my college. There are few things taken into consideration that I don't actually like about
I'm very disappointed about the dress code at presidency University
There is no lift facility which is very difficult

Course Curriculum Overview

Everything is fine with very good teaching faculty. I'm completely satisfied with the teaching and extra activities. The main reason why I chose this course I'd I'm very interested in software. Passing the exams was not actually difficult it's a bit easy. But the duration between the exams was very less. Expecting for the better duration this sem.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 111000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Coming to the fee structure it's about 111000 per annum. According to me, the fees are not too high it's correct with respect to the course. I enrolled for an SSP scholarship recently but I didn't receive any sort of scholarship yet. I'm currently waiting for my scholarship.

Campus Life

Inventica is the fest held in our college. We have a huge library at our college. We also have various sports like cricket, table tennis, badminton, and many more tournaments occurring regularly at our university. We have many clubs maintained by the students

Admission

I have written kcet exam for the academic year 2021-2022. I secured a 77207 rank in the beginning later after the change in results then I secured 89503. I have a 371 and a rural certificate which helped me a lot during counseling. In 1st round of counseling, I was allotted to any college. Later in the 2nd round, I got a seat at DON BOSCO College Bangalore. I have blocked the seat in the college. Later waited for the 2nd round extension then I got the presidency at University Yelahanka Bangalore. I am currently pursuing my btech at Presidency University. CSE branch recently I finished my 2nd sem and waiting for the results.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

Pros : World class infrastructure with moot court, sports fields like tennis court, cricket, football, volleyball and badminton court, Coffee Day shop, Hatti Kaapi, chaat shop, Stationary shop, Vending machines, Sodexo Cafeteria, Medical facility and ATM are inside the university.
