I chose the course as per my interest in the subject. At present there is an admission of 200 students per year. The qualification of the faculties are MBBS and MD as the basic degree with some faculties having more specializations in their field.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 690000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a self-financing college. Hence the fee is around 7 lakhs per annum for the merit list students and 25 lakhs per annum for NRI students. But scholarships can be availed to those under the reservation categories.

Campus Life

There are several programs conducted such as college day, arts fest, and inter-college competitions. It is a highly renowned college for co-curricular activities and the college union is in high active state. The aswara union was a well-known college union in the KUHS.

Even though a bit tight and rushy, this is in fact the best curriculum provided and followed by all medical colleges in kerala. The frequency of exam is high and difficulty level is as same as that of KUHS. This provides relevant experience for the students to weite the university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's always relevant to the content being taught by the teachers. They always use application based questions to prepare us for a real life situation as well. First aid training was also completed. Some of the teachers are very interactive while some not. Short exams are conducted on a weekly basis while internal exams are conducted every 2/3 months. Not that difficult but it isn't that easy either. Very strict checking, nothing is liberal.

EXPERIENCE

Based on NEET scores, the college will be alloted and it will be directly from the KUHS, if you score more than 600 based on difficult level there is a chance to get into government colleges where will have more exposure and then if we dont have that mark or near to that we will be not having the chance to get government college and we will be in private college with a fees of 7 lakhs minimum....Read More
