College days spent in MGM JNEC are memories to cherish

College is good to grow as a technical personality. Habit of discipline helps to students while working in the any organization.

I got admission in this college on the basis of score in AIEEE examination held in 2011 and through Central Allotment process by DTE Maharashtra. JNEC is a simply great, Disciplined, college which gives exposure to every student in curricular and extra-curricular activities. College dont have interview process, we need to go for admission through CAP rounds only. I Choose the Biotechnology stream in the JNEC college as JNEC have best infrastructure, Well equipped Labs and indsustry oriented syllabus design.

The course I choose was Biotechnology Engineering, this course was designed with respect to industry requirements. This course helped many students to work in many fields like Biopharmaceuticals, Bevereages, Dairy industries, Clinical research, Probiotics, Environmental science, Food technology etc. The departmental faculties are so supportive that they gave all the facilities to each and every student to perform all the particles individually. Institute supported many of students to research on many of field related aspects and to publish research papers. This course have elective subjects like food technology, Environmental engineering, Intellectual Property Rights, Biological languages.

College did not provided any internship for Biotechnology branch

JNEC have Placement cell who organizes campus interviews for the students for many of the core branches. On my graduation almost 100 students were placed. Biggest firm was TCS.

I was the part of many technical Events like Bio-Artist, AWUT 2K15, AGNITIO 2014. These events had big budgets. Also JNECs Center of attraction is STUDENT Council. College supports to all the committees in all the respects.

Fees was somewhat high but worth to facilities given by the college. i paid almost 85,000/- per year. 7 % Fees was increased per year !

College provide the scholarships to students who are from poor families.

I was the HOD Nominee of my Biotechnology department. Also I handled the committees in gathering like College decoration, Quiz contest, Basket ball etc. I handled budget near about 1 lakh Rs. It was very helpful to me for growing as a versatile student with technical knowledge in all the respects. Faculties and students are actively participated.

I was locality so don't have experience about hostel life. But Hostel are much safe for girls as well as boys. Rooms are well designed. Rooms are in sharing. They don't have PGs.

Interaction with alumni was healthy. College have all the details about each and every students who passed from this college. Alumni have soft corner for this college as it it developed them in all the respects.

Labs are too good! Sincerity was always maintained in the lab and exams. JNEC don't have CHILL Culture.

Faculties were qualified and experienced who made students capable to survive in the field. Faculties were supportive and always ready to share knowledge with respect to all the domains. Teaching methods always focused on practical approach, gave stress on weak points of every students which help them to grow better.
