MGM JNEC review theory

Likes

infrastructure and problem solving faculty
ammenities and quality of education which is best as it as
campus life and extra curricular activies and supportive staff

Dislikes

maybe could have been more better with the industry exposure
and been more focused on practical learning
more availability in placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

7th sem tata and etc are the companies visited i dont know really about that but from what i have learned 7lpa was the highest maybe 40-50 upskilling myself and staying employable for a long period of time

Likes

Professionalism is at its peak, students around villages come in my ciollege to study
Campus life is really luxurious and filled with excitement
infra and other facilities are top notch and good

Dislikes

unavailability of proper teachers and up to the mark teachers
no regular campus functions and and activities
culture of education is not very strong and not up to the mark

Curriculum was designed in an excellent way , all the modern tehnologiers, aptitude , mathematica and inter disciplinary other things were also there, alkso humanities. gandhian thoughts and respective subjects were there. Exam timing frequency was quite descent

Likes

Campus activities and exposure to the various fileds like acting, dance, volunteering activities also engagement with other institutes for skill enhancement
we were offered electric vehicle workshop, and similar technical workshops
Campus is so beautiful and calming we used to work thre after college time is over

Dislikes

Messy ad irregular system in newly launched courses and departments
below average teachers for technical subjects
lack of staff members and over fee, even for rechecking we have to pay 2500

Actually curriculum was cleverly and perfectly drafted it was great and inclusibe of variuos technologies and it gave us exposure and introduction to the various things like iot, blockchain, Ai, ML, Networking, DS , Stat, Probability, AI tools etc

Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College Aurangabad Review

Likes

The development structure is good.And the classroom too
The faculty lovingly answers your questions.
The college has a library and all the water facilities.

Dislikes

The bathroom smells very bad. The bathroom is cleaned every three days, but the bathroom should be cleaned every day.
Events are very rare. Events happen once or twice a month.
Some faculty shout at you. If you have any doubt, some faculty don't even explain.

Students go for placements from the seventh semester onwards. They visit companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tata Consultancy, Idea Jio etc. on campus and the highest package is 14 lakhs and the average is 4.5 lakhs. And Lowest is up to 2.5 lakhs

For extra co -curriculum activities all facilities are available.
Most advance tools and technology currently available in campus.
For sports every thing is available in college and ground and stadium also available.

Dislikes

No scholarship available by college to the students.
Not proper computer labs are available for CSE students.
Faculties do not upload attendance of student on online website or app of college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many curriculum course in college. Like Virtual Art is curriculum course provided by college. In which we will learn graphic designing,logo designing,etc. Student creativity increses due to this course. In this course student after this course can also do freelancing . Companies need logo designer and graphic designer for their company. There should be business courses provided by college. Timing of exam with my perpective on their difficulty level is match.

Good college

Likes

Good campus infrastructure is provided to students
Professors are cooperative and classes are held regularly
There is wifi on all over the campus which students can access.

Dislikes

No financial aid or scholarship is provided
Canteen is very far from college building
No purified drinking water is available on the college building for students

Placement Experience:

Currently there are very few placement but the college is taking effort in regards to inviting companies for placements. Also many skill builder cources ahe made available by college and many preparation tests such as AMCAT are conducted frequently

Underrated College

Likes

Teachers were good and they taught well ,
Classes were held regularly , started on time , sometimes ended late but we're good
There are many groups like GDSC , IITB group .

Dislikes

Classes could be improved as nowadays smartboards are available, the college has no smart boards
Writing work given to the students is unnecessary burden on them , they can simply provide prints of the practical journals .
The curriculum must be improved as it focuses on basics more , as an engineering student you must know the latest trends

Placement Experience:

Students studying in 7 and 8 sem are eligible for it . Companies that visit include Persistent, Endurance , Varroc etc . Highest package may be around 12-15lakhs and average package around 5 lakhs . I don't know what percent of students get placed as I am studying in 2nd year. I would surely apply for placements and if possible I would also try for MBA or MTech

Likes

The campus is much better and bigger and also clean then all other in city
The faculty is very helpful and gives opportunities to students

Dislikes

Fees is to much as it does not equal to features
There is no extra services in or events in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is. Much better and very informative but the course is incomplete as because of limited time course is limited so student have learn from outside the college so this is a problem for learning other skills

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Cognizant, Tata Elxi, Atlas Copco and many more companies visited the campus. Highest package for year 2023 is 16 LPA. Avarage package is 3.5 LPA. More than 50% students are placed dusing on campus interviews.

Nice college

Likes

Campus is so use and everywhere trees are there which makes beautiful environment
Library is so huge and having so many books for refer syllabus
Overall staff is so good and having great knowledge of their field and always support students

Dislikes

There are no social events in the college
Practical lab have no AC and damage components
Infrastructure is good but no ventilation

There is no social activities in the college but educational events like hack it on and other competition exams are held. Exams are taken in four parts that is assessment 1 assessment 2 midsim and then final exam is there
