My Experience in Amity University

The university is known for its focus on industry-relevant curriculum and quality faculty members. The university designed the course curriculum to be in line with industry standards and requirements. The qualifications and experience of faculty members of Amity University are exceptional. Faculty members have relevant education and are experienced with modern teaching methods. I chose this course because of my passion for literature and language. I chose BA in preparation for advanced degrees along with personal development and intellectual stimulation. The term exams were conducted promptly. Term exams were a bit challenging but was not tough to pass the exams as I could pass all the term exams with ease.

The university has IIC/CRC and it organizes summer internship programs for the benefit of each student. The summer internship program invites the industry to recruit student interns. Depending on the internship and the recruiter, students may or may not receive a stipend. Some of my friends received stipends of 8k but others didn't get anything.

It has a calculated fee structure and policy. The authorities will inform the date of the fees in advance and they will give sufficient time to pay the fees. The university doesn't irritate the students when it comes to fee payment. I had to pay 300000 Lakhs per year for the BA English course. Merit-based scholarship programs are available at the university. The eligible students used to get 100%, 50%, and 20% scholarships for their higher studies. Financial assistance is available at the university and many of the students used to get the financial assistance without any hindrance. I did not apply for a job on campus.

The university conducted an annual fest and tech fest to showcase our skills, and talents, and let us develop our abilities. They conducted the fests every year and at the end of the academic year. The course related and all other types of books and journals were available in the library. The library is spacious and all types of books and journals help students to enhance their learning was obtainable at the library. All the modern amenities that students require to excel in their learning are available in the classroom. The university is known for promoting sports and extra-curricular activities. Sports include volleyball, football, cricket, basketball, badminton, chess, table tennis, etc. Music clubs, environmental clubs, sports clubs, creativity clubs, fashion clubs, photography clubs, and many other clubs and social groups are available at the university to develop various skills of students.

The admission process was very simple and easily followable. The university provides admission based on the entrance exam score followed by GD and PI. Students who scored more than 80% in class 12th from a recognized board can get direct admission to the university for higher studies. There will be a selection process and it will be completely based on the Amity admission form.
