AMITY is not as bad as you may think

Fees and Financial Aid:

Total fees is 462000 but if you scored well you will get the scholarship. I got scholarship for 40k for scoring 2nd in academics. It was good experience there. And the fees may increase if you didn't perform well and you debbared.

Amity University has different fee structure for different courses. As of 2024, Amity university asks for 95000 rs in the first semester which includes security fees and sem fees and takes 75 in the 2nd sem, the fees increases every sem by 2000 rs and we pay twice a year(each sem). Amity also provides scholarships to students in forst year based on there board results and further depending on the SGPA and CGPA scored in the end sen examinations. A student needs to earn about 9.0 CGPA/SGPA to get scholarships.

The fees of bachelor of English lit is 30k yearly divided in two semester per year. so, 15000 per semester.. you will have to give 15k every 6 months for 3 years.. it has not increased yet and I'm in second semester.. it is quite affordable according to the teaching they provide us.

Amity University- worth it or not?

The semester fees for the first year were around a lac (a difference of 20k here and there). Decreased in the second and third year, but I still would say that the fees are expensive since I took hostel accomodation as well. I think they also offer scholarships in the first year of you maintain your GPA above 8.

Amity University is quite expensive compared to other normal universities

77k it's the fee for per sem and in total 155000lakh for a year and 20k of security charge but the students who got 90 above percentage in their 12th board had to only pay for the first sem not for the second sem and regarding the job opportunities I'm still not sure .

My Experience in Amity University

It has a calculated fee structure and policy. The authorities will inform the date of the fees in advance and they will give sufficient time to pay the fees. The university doesn't irritate the students when it comes to fee payment. I had to pay 300000 Lakhs per year for the BA English course. Merit-based scholarship programs are available at the university. The eligible students used to get 100%, 50%, and 20% scholarships for their higher studies. Financial assistance is available at the university and many of the students used to get the financial assistance without any hindrance. I did not apply for a job on campus.

Amity University is good college for BA english

The fee structure of this college is more reliable. My course consists of six semesters s and the per semester fee is approx 38000 and with 30% scholarship it is 17000 and the hostel fees per year are 65000 plus 10000 security and the mess fees for the hostel students is about 3500 per month. College is good but being private college the fees is in approx 3 lakhs for 3 years This college also offers scholarship to meritory students and who have excelled in academics. The percentage of the scholarship depends on the results of the boards. I availed a 20% scholarship because I scored 90 in English in my exams. There are many students who availed of 100% scholarship and you have to score 9 CGPA or above to maintain the scholarship. I didn't get any job on campus because I do not achieve a good score in exams.

The best private university with 100% placement.

The cost for English honors starts with 60k per semester for the first year and they also charge a security of 20k which is to be paid with the fees of the first semester. Then there is an increase of 5% in the fee per year.

Life at Amity.

The fees structure is reasonable keeping in mind the quality of education, opportunities and services Amity provides to its students. Anyone can apply for scholarships if they are eligible, students who score more than 93% In class 12 get 100% scholarships. The fee structure for my course i.e BA English Honours is 66,000 per semester and it increases by 5% every year. Campus jobs and placements provided by Amity is very good however it obviously depends on how much a student scores in their exam. Before the start of the session, Amity conducts an aspirational survey where they ask about the needs and future plans of the student so that they can prepare a unique schedule for them to help them in the preparation of achieving their goal.
