Remarks

I got here through Joint Entrance Examination (Mains). It is advisable to start studying at least 1 year before the exam. My rank was 60000 and my percentile was 94. After that apply for counselling through Joint Admission Council (JAC Delhi).

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course since it is the easiest Bachelor of Technology Course at Delhi Technological University. The faculty-student ratio is good. We have a batch of 60-70 students, with 5 faculties for all 5 papers. The faculties are highly qualified.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship opportunities offered in campus. The training and placement cell takes care of these matters. Some are research internships while others are industrial or corporate training.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. The highest package is in crores. Last time it was 1.5 crores I guess. More than 60% of students get placed. Rest go for higher studies or start their businesses.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fees are at par with private engineering institutions. Since it's a government college, you get many chances for scholarships, funding, and grants. If you're from a reserved category, then chances are even higher.

Campus Life

The fest season starts from mid to late January and goes on till April. There are several societies that conduct their fests and events. But the biggest is Engifest which is the main fest of the university. Many books and journals are available in the library.

The placements are really good for a college like DTU, situated at close proximity to industry hubs like Noida and Gurgaon, Last Season the college placed about 70% of its students with an average of 14 lakhs. and highest of 82.5 lakhs. students from 5th semesters are eligible for Training and placement, with fifth semester getting placed for internships, while 7th semester kids, are eligible to sit for the FTE roles and etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but not best during 2022 to 2024 current year ,I don't know properly but my seniors said that it is due to recession and also it affects IIT BOMBAY. If Recession will go then it has also good placement opportunities if you are skilled. Because DTU provide all branches in tech company if you are skilled in coding. Approx 100+ companies had came in past years .

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and from 5 th semester they are eligible for internships every one who is going to sit for a placement can get a job highest package is about 2-3cr and average is about 20 lakhs

Placement Experience:

Training and placement cell of our college is really active and provide really great opportunities to the students. Avg placement of circuital branch is over 14 lpa and over all average it is around 8 to 10 lpa.

Remarks:

I choose computer Science because of my interest in the same. The amount of knowledge dissipated to u is the best thing and also having 2-3 practice lab periods really help you make ready for industry. The college can offer internships to their students which would be of great help. There are no. Of opportunities in terms of events technical and non technical that take place.

Remarks:

The only downside of my college is that the hostels doesn't have enough capacity so only 25% are able to get hostels, others have to live in flat/pgs or commute daily and its located in Rohini so most people have to travel a lot to come to the university. There's nothing good around the campus to go to, nearest attraction is nsp or south campus.
