Remarks

Average. On negative side just because of no placement and internal conflict between teachers and collage head. I found myself at good position after competition of my b.e. as my collage focuses on overall skills improvement agenda.

Entrance Preview

I have written GATE exam as being a technical person, this is the only exam for which I can learn my technical subjects in deep. It quite help me to know the subjects in practical way.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was good and yes they focuses on practical learning but it wasn't research focused. For the overall improvement of each subject I find this course useful.

Internships Opportunities

Nope college don't provide any internship. We have to find it ourself as it was included in course.

Placement Experience

The placement in our collage was poor. That's the only thing concerned me about my collage. Vedanta was the only major company that too was for mining department. Poor average package.

College Events

There were many cultural events including cultural, tech fest, sports week, farewell, iste events and ganapati festival. Some fest was organised on large while some small. It was organised by students with some involvement of faculty to guide. So it was overall good organised events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, the amount of knowledge they are providing with what they are charging is affordable. The cost of course was nearly 50k.

Nope no scholarship. Yes collage help student to get loan from bank which is inside the campus

Campus Life

Yes as I mention in events that were organized by college. They focus on overall qualities. The college experience was good as it was well built well-managed institute with experienced faculty. I found myself in the good position after competition of my BE. As my college focuses on overall skills improvement agenda.

Hostel Facilities

Nope, we used to live in private hostel. Yes there were single room, some Pgs too and food was also good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

The faculty was topper of that exam. So talking about experience, some faculty are quite experienced and some young and dynamic. So there was no problem in delivering the knowledge what they are having. And specially the institute wants to stand in market so they must have to provide good teaching.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

I apply only for 4 colleges college of engineering Pune, pict Pune, government college of engineering Chandrapur, and Rajiv Gandhi College of engineering Chandrapur, my mht cet score was 43 percentile and my category is open so I know that this is not possible to get admission in top college so I have taken admission in Rajiv Gandhi College of engineering Chandrapur And my branch is computer science engineering. I like this branch. My admission in this college through mht cet score through the centralized admission process in which students get admission through the cut of marks and rank.
