Likes

The Mechanical branch has most of the faculty from IIT and reputed colleges. The teaching is always the best, far from any NITs. Most of the facultys examination papers are selected for Nagpur University as well as for Gondwana University.
For mining engineering, vocational training is available in the mine, and a certificate is also provided for that training. Many projects are undertaken by both staff and students in the college.
Placements for mining are the best as mining has the highest package every year. Placements for all the branches are good, but it depends on the performance of the student and their activeness.

Dislikes

In a week, you have 4 practical labs, but it doesnt make any difference because your syllabus will remain incomplete. Moreover, the students lack interest due to poor teaching methods and just attend classes for attendance.
The college provides an internship, but it doesnt even encourage internships during the educational four years.
The sex ratio is horrible in core branches, but it is fair enough in CS and IT

Very Nice College

Likes

The infrastructure and long overall area the college gives night very syring view and we have lots of trees in the campus which gives us peaceful environment to learn
Obviously teaching faculty of the campus are also up to Mark they are very well educated and how more than 2 year of experience in there teaching field
The relationship between teacher and students is so solid that if any student have any trouble regarding academics or other activities he or she can directly amet to the coordinators and they will follow certain rules to held them

Dislikes

The parking is not good for the parking of scooters and bikes and cars there is very low space to keep we have to keep outside the campus
Engine of the college is not good and it's very hard
The non-jung faculty like register office administrative blocks are not coming

The course which I often open Vizag BTech it was very relevant in our college and had a great opportunity for the students to hit that course and the was very good for teaching that course and it is very beneficial for other student to take that course and take them admission in that college

Likes

I liked the faculty of my department. They are very qualified and best teachers.
The principal and hods of every department is supportive and understanding to students.
The security is verry good . No other person can entre without checking and no students can go out side without permission.

Dislikes

When i was in college the components and computers were very pld . But now they are replaced by new once .
We gets the permission to organise an event but do not get sufficient money to arrange perfect things .
Students do not get their original marksheets on time . And results are also very late by university.

Placement Experience:

Majorly the college placement is good for mining atudents they get nearly 7 lakhs package average. Other departments also placement is good but now a days the cse department placements are not to good in this college . Electronics and electrical students gets placed on avg package pf 3.5 lakhs yr And some students gets free internships from here .

I'm akanksha, and my college name is Rajiv Gandhi College of engineering research and technology chandrapur, in 2023 I completed my bachelor's degree in electrical Engineering, this four of journey was just g great, I learn many things from college
My college campus is so big , buliding are so bigs , there are multiple departments for multiple branches, practical labs, library, computer lab , canteen, fresh air compus becouse of lost of trees and beautiful plants
The teaching of college is good , teacher are friendly, helping nature , these four years goes to fast , but I'm grateful for in between four years I don't have any backlog in any semester, that things I like the most .. overall everything is good .

Dislikes

The dress code , I don't like the dress code of college for me I think it's not suit to everyone, I think college dress is set like to make everyone beautiful
College me kular ya Air conditioning hona chahiye tha but hmare time nahi tha to ab bath krkr koi matlab nahi
College or department not doing any programs or annual functions in my times , I think I'm not enjoy this thing in college, others college in doing functions aree really good as compared to it

According to me the syllabus is good I think for each and every subject the syllabus was good, the only think that matter, how teachers are delivered it and how students accept it , if both the things are match no problem at all Curriculum in real world applications are seen sometimes , sometimes not. The curriculum improvement means teacher must provide notes and important questions bank . Time of exam is comes so fast but we can't do anything because it's depends on University.

Many companies visit our college for campus placement one I remember is CMS I had participated in that particular campus placement students who don have any backlog or the one who fulfill a minimum 50% is eligible for the campus placement.

1) After completing all 8 semester we become eligible for campus placement 2)pp engineering services & contractor & there is no offer made till date 3)15 lakh per year is the highest package & 8 lakh per year is the average package as per company and profiles offered 4)80 to 90 % students getting placements 5)My plan after getting the degree to search a job in a reputed company
