I chose this course because the teachers are qualified and experienced. We have less number of students enrolled in our course. The teacher-student ratio is 2:1. We have internal exams twice a semester and at the end semester. The exams in our course are moderate.

Class Size: 7Course Fees: INR 105000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We do admission twice a year, i.e., semester-wise, and pay installments once a semester. The total cost of admission in the odd semester is Rs26000 and we pay installments once which is Rs6000. For the hostel, the admission is Rs6000 and the installment is Rs4500. The monthly mess fee is Rs2000. So accounting for approx Rs105000 a year.

Campus Life

The campus life is excellent. We have a fresh environment and it is spacious. There are numerous annual events. Usually during the even semester, more events are held. The books in the library are not very updated. Also, games and sports are given much interest. There are many clubs actively run by the students.

Hostel Facilities

90% of the students opt for a hostel. The number of students in a room depends upon the hostel. There are 17 hostels (approx) inside the campus. The mess food is average. We get veg in the morning and nonveg in the evening. It is quite cheap compared to the fees we pay. But we do not have WIFI facilities.

Hostel Fee: INR 46000 per year

Admission

There is no entrance test for admission but we are given direct admission. The application form is available in the administrative block of the college where we pay 300 to get the form. We fill up the form and are given direct admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am so much into developing so i chose this computer science course which will be quite helpful for my future. The curriculum prepares me really well, i also learnt new features to develop new app which i am working on it. A little improvement should be made in the computers in the lab. The timing of exams is 3 hours which is a lengthy hour for us to complete our exams.

I like the subject (Chemistry) because it is interesting in a way. We get to know many new things. The teachers doesn't care much about preparing us for any such pursuits. There is need for improvements in many curriculums and teaching methods. The class starts by 9AM in the morning and ends by 2:30PM in the afternoon.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, the curriculum had 0 impact on my decision like most students do? Like i said the curriculum has a good blend of all the topics a physics should should be good at and has a healthy number of important practicals as well to prepare us for the real world Well, i would adopt a modern method of teaching using slides and videos in a projector instead of the classic white board and pen especially for the topics of physics which require images and well drawn images and processes to fully understand it The frequency of exam is low.

A good college with well educated and friendly faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I find Zoology a very fun subject. It is the study of animals, both living and extinct, including their anatomy, embryology, genetics, habits, and many more. The faculty members are very friendly and understanding. They're easy to approach and not only that their teachings are good. They're always ready to help when we're in need. For the science stream, there is a practical exam before the final theory exam. Also, the class test depends upon the respective professors of each stream. The exam question papers were issued by the NU board and not by the college. The question paper is average. It also depends on how well you prepare for the exam.
