Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I have an interest in plants and their behaviour that's why I chose this course. My batch of students is good. Well, behaviour and they also help me if I need any help with my assignments as well as practicals. In my class, it is like a 1:4 ratio of boys and girls The teachers are so good. They never miss any classes, they care for each and every student in the class. Take tests after completing every chapter. One thing I've to mention is the lab attendants' behaviour is not so great they are quite arrogant towards students Exams are good if you're attentive in class clear your backlogs in time it isn't so hard to pass every semester

Placement Experience

3.5

Last year of graduation you will get placement Companies like TCS, WIPRO, DR REDDY, IBM, FLIPKART, AMAZON etc visit every year totally offered 400 vacancies for jobs. The highest placement is 5LPA & 3LPA avg 80% of the students get placed I gonna pursue M.Sc after completing my bachelor

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fees structure of the B.sc Botany is 7620/yr The fees structure is quite good to pursue this course If you're a girl you'll get K2 & girl and boys both if they match the eligibility criteria they'll get SVMSC

Campus Life

3.5

Every first-semester student gets a fresher fest from seniors as well as the college. And in every 6-7 months they conduct some seminars also The college has a huge library and has a different and good amount of book Botany department classes are well-cleaned and big enough with sufficient lighting. The college also has NSS, NCC, SPORTS AND GAMES & ASSEMBLIES you can join for your extra circular activities

Admission

You have to pass the 10+2 exam to get admission. You can find the application form on the official website of Bangabasi College. Where you can apply for your preferred course. If you belong to ST, SC or OBC caste so you'd get an advantage of the quotas in every course The admission procedure was quite smooth I didn't have any problems getting admission. There's no entrance exam you only need to pass your 10+2.

Reviewed on Oct 5, 2024(Enrolled 2021)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum matches quite perfectly with the industry standards. The course offers the students a theoritical as well as a practical approach of learning. For example, nowadays AI has revolutionised the internet and made things much easier for humans. it gives a vast amount of knowledge regarding the relevance of "media science" nowadays. I feel the frequency of continuous assessments should be reduced to 3 instead of 4.
