I choose this course because there is vast scope in the IT sector, the students of this college are very decent with good behaviour, faculties are well educated and qualified to teach their subjects, and exams are held after each semester.

The fees of this college are affordable, average students can pay the fees as ggsipu is a semi gov semi Pvt university, all can afford it , those who can't afford it can take scholarships such as if you scored mired than 80% in class 12th can get direct discount of 12000 in their per Anjum fees

The campus is quite big, and interesting many annual fests are held here such as Diwali fest holi fest Christmas carnival etc main fest held in the main campus every year is known as Anu Kunj Sports Day is held every year There is a well-furnished library with all books available in it.

To take admission to this college follow the steps -: 1.) give jee mains 2.) Fill out the application form of ggsipu 3.) Fill out the counselling form 4.) Once you are eligible for the counselling freeze the seat 5.) Pay the freezing amount to the university

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
