Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance course because I'm interested in the finance field. The qualification and knowledge of the teachers are very nice. The exams are held every 6 months and it is easy to score if a student studies well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Internships Opportunities

HDFC bank, TCS, and other various companies offer internships to students. The roles are management, customer relation executive, accountant, and many more. One can learn a lot of things through this internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 4th semester, a student is eligible for placements and internships. Companies like Kotak, Motilal Oswal, and axis bank visits the college and offers jobs of an average of 4 to 5 lakhs LPA. 75 to 80 percent of students get the placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on courses. for my course, the fee was Rs. 18000/-. The college provides government scholarships for caste and there are internships for which students get stipends that help them.

Campus Life

The name of the fest is Dalmia Utsav which is conducted in January every year. The books are available in the library which a student can avail of free of cost. There are extracurricular activities like NSS and cultural programs.

Admission

The admission process was simple. There is no entrance exam required. The admission is based on the list as per student percentage. There are reservation benefits for obc, sc, and other castes. The admission can be done online as well as offline.

Placement Experience:

There are no campus placements offered in my college. The placements after completinh the course are great About 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered/expected for bcom course at this college is 5 6 lpa, About 90% of the students get internships easily with this course at the position of bank accountants etc.

Placement Experience:

De Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the biggest companies and lighter companies are also many. Visa and all are also there which are rare otherwise. For b.com though 30-40k is what is offered but I feel it's fair enough.

Mithibai College of Arts is Music to ears!!

Placement Experience:

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.

Placement Experience:

Impeccable, amazing and unbelievable are the placements here. For B.Com which is as always a crowded college, making sure 60-70% students have placements through campus is a task not less than climbing everest. So definitely all I can say is our college has done so well that it is now the first choice college for commerce not just among Mumbaikars but overall as well.
