Course Curriculum Overview

I was particularly interested in this course- BA LLB as I had my reasons. I had some guidance from before too. The faculty here made the course moderately easy. The curriculum is good and the faculty work hard for their part.

Internships Opportunities

The Internship drives are available to the students from their 3rd year onwards. Some of the big companies, firms, and established advocates have offered internships to students. The college also helps sometimes when they feel like it.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placements from their 9th semester. The placement drives have been very successful lately and the college is growing in this aspect. All students are also active in their internships from a very young age when they're in 1st or 2nd year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite lenient and follows the university structure of fees which is regulated according to the Delhi State Government. There are yearly scholarships for rank holders in each course and other economic scholarships too.

Campus Life

Campus life is good enough for a normal college. There are several committees and clubs, some of which are very active. Students are actively taking part in events and fests. All classrooms have smart boards and ACs.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very good and sanitized. But the problem arises with the distance from the campus. It's very far and the traveling is very tiring, the college provides bus facilities. The locality also hosts some fair enough PGs and flats.

Admission

The admissions into 5- a year-integrated course for Law takes place through the All India CLAT score. I appeared for the CLAT exams in 2019 and got the college in my first spot round of counseling sessions. The application form can be found on IPU's main website.

Galgotias University is Greatest!

Placement Experience:

No companies as here only lawyers of arbitration and other domains come to hire students. Most students though have PPO from their interning companies but not real 10-20 LPA placements for Galgotias and that i wish change because our university academics and the kind of learning that is provided is at par with that of NLUs.

GLA University Mathura is a marvel!

Placement Experience:

Packages aren't as good or big as NLUs as 4-5 lakhs is median and just 25% students gets placements from University. Most students though go for litigation and I am also going to do the same as this is how I want to build my career and take it forward. Even LLM is also an option and GLA University is the one from where I will do, if I plan to do masters.

All About the Campus Life

Placement Experience:

In BA. LL.B. especially students are elidgible from 5th year i.e. 9TH semester for college placements, the college has a 99 % placement rate which is very impressive and students are given a vast number of choices among the companies. The companies which recruit are usually top tier like Mahindra, Wipro etc. The highest ever package in our college is 50 LPA. I am planning to do corporate law after the completion of my degree for which the college also has a corporate resource department.

Placement Experience:

Yes they do provide campus placement last year only almost 70 students were offered jobs in campus placement. But in our case most of the students have their own plans like the majority of them are generational lawyers so either they'll join their firms or they have very good contacts so they'll get places easily but in my case as a first generation lawyer we do get internship or assessment internship in which we get very good chances to get PPO they we don't have to relay on college for campus placement. In my case if i didn't get campus placement then wherever I've done my internship I'll try to convert my internship into a PPO

DME for media Students.

In ggsipu I first got jims Vasant Kunj college which is actually far away from my place and the distance between metro and college was alot, I found it so hectic to travel daily and also realised it is only possible if I've my own vehicle. Then I got Trinity institute of professional studies but that was something I didn't liked at all by infrastructure because it is too small just like a building but the quality of education is also very good there and distance between metro and college is just walking distance..
