Course Curriculum Overview

I was very interested in Management from the beginning as well. Human Resources is one field that attracted me because of the opportunities and skills I possess. BMSCE is one of the reputed colleges in Bangalore, so joined there.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies would be visiting for summer internships with a stipend of 10-15k/ month. It completely depends on the student to get through the interviews. The eligible candidates will probably get through it.

Placement Experience

Placements are improving comparatively. average package id 6-8lpa. they also provide placement training through outsiders and students are also welcome to voice out their wants and needs wrt to placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure depends on whether you joined through PGCET or management. For PGCET it depends on the government. For management, it was Rs. 2500000 in 2022 (it will change, you should contact the college). The college has a very active placement cell for Engineering but for MBA it should improve. The average package is 6-8 Lpa for MBA.

Campus Life

BMSCE possesses an amazing infrastructure. faculties are approachable. Currently, there are no clubs for Mba. But students are welcome to come up with one. The current MBA Dept is not that supportive of extracurriculars as their priority is to improve placements.

Admission

Firstly, you should take entrance exams like Pgcet, cat, or mat. Cut-off ranges from 300 to 600 for MBA. Once the college is allotted you can join. and also take a management seat by contacting the college Reception.

the course curriculum is very much relevant to today's corporate world. the curriculum is set by our faculties itself and is very much related to the current requirements of the corporate we have both theoretical and practical teaching happening alternatively which helps us to understamd the comcepts easily the frequency of the examination is at the correct level like we have only one midterm exam and then we have 1 month gap for our trimester exams.

My MBA journey through CMR Institute of Technology

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

I am not sure about the other colleges, but this college provides their help in internship also, they offer so many internship offers also, companies like Flipkart ,Aditya Birla,Kpmg,Itc,Zomato,Tatasteel,Britannia,Bajal Allianz and for placements Ivy homes,cafe coffee day, L&T,Urban Company,Wipro Mahindra finance etc

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.

Other colleges were not chosen as my rank wasn't suffecient enough. Comparitively to other entrance exams the best colllege with my rank would have been BMS. I gave first preference to RVCE, but as my rank was less compared to cut off, I was unable to get a seat in the college and I ended up getting the seat in BMSCE which was my 2nd preference.
