Course Curriculum Overview

I am a mechanical student, I choose these courses because I have a huge interest in machines and their work. Faculty: The student ratio is 1:20. Our faculty is good, they teach more practical way rather than theoretical. Semester examinations are conducted once in six months.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 107000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In the first year my fee is 107000 there is no hike in my fee structure till my final year. It takes another 10000 for the library and other activities. For every 4 years, there will be a fee hike in the college.

Campus Life

Every year there will be an annual fest where most of the students will be participating in many cultural programs. There will be clubs where students having interest will be participating in them. The college is located on 100 acres.

Admission

Admissions are done through eamcet examination and college management. The application fee and date are provided by the convenor. There are reservation benefits for a few students. I think the admissions should be more student-friendly in our college.

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
