GATE. Admission into BSchool with good score. Other options were for MTech im technical institutes. Admissions through CAT for PGDIM and PGDISEM.

Operations and Supply Chain Management. Research focus is minimal with other more focus on Industry requirements. Flexible electives from all the management sectors such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, IT Systems. Industrial project for 6 months.

Summer Internship Program with average stipend is ₹30,000/month. Internship is compulsory for every student after the first year for 2 months. Highest stipend touched ₹125000/month by one of the reputed FMCG company.

100% placement with companies of all major sectors for the role of Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Consulting. Placements is categorized in two phases. 1. LRP for lateral candidates having work experience more than 20 months. 2. CRP for fresher candidates or for candidates with less than 20 months experience.

Very feasible with compared to other top10B-schools. Fees are ₹3.5 lacs per year. Board of Governors of NITIE approved the revision of Tuition fee, other charges, and Deposits, for the new batches of PG Programs. Gate qualifiers get GOI teaching assistants of Rs.8000/- per month and a contingency Grant of Rs 5000/- per year. SC/ST candidates are granted financial assistance as per the scheme of Govt. of India wide letters NO. 11016/19/2005. SCD-I dated 21.6.2007 & 19012/36/05-Education dated 27.6.2007 subject to the satisfactory fulfillment of terms and conditions mentioned therein.

All banks provide education loan. SBI in campus provides loan with minimal documentation. Other banks also provide loans but then have to apply for loan early as the payment window for admission confirmation is very short.

Sports, workshops, parties. FITNESS CENTER AND ERGONOMICS LAB NITIE has a newly developed state-of-the-art fitness center and ergonomics lab. It has got world class equipment's and trainers to ensure that the students remain fit. Regular medical check-ups ensure that the students keep fit. AUDITORIUM NITIE houses a fullyair-conditioned auditorium with seating capacity of 200. The auditorium isacoustically designed and used for lectures, screening of audio visual films,industry events research and scholarly presentations.

Compulsory in-campus hostel facilities for all students. Separate boys and girls hostel. AC common rooms for discussion in each hostel building. Rooms are on two and-sharing basis with all modern facilities and high speed internet connectivity Mess facility is also excellent with 3 options.

Strong Alumni network. Alums working in several organizations recommend for placement. Senior students are whole responsible for induction process of the junior batch.

Trimester type. Total 7 trimesters with 3 each in a year and one in Summer Internship.. 40 marks is on presentations and mid 60 marks theory exam. Grading is cumulative type. Lectures are from morning 9 am to 5 pm. Each lecture is of 2 hours with 1 hour lunch break in between from 1 pm to 2pm.

GATE Merit list, then GD and PI.Shortlisting is based on Gate score and relevant industry experience. The batch is a good blend of fresh engineers and experienced engineers worked in different sectors.

All are PhD holders with experience in research. All are highly qualified in their own field and whatever is taught is in-line with the present industrial requirements. Lots of case studies are discussed from well known universities. Standard of teaching is high class.
