Dislikes

Attendance issue is the only I don't like about college life.
Office staff is very lazy don't know why but they don't want to perform their duties
My college is quite small than other colleges 🥺

Course Curriculum Overview

I personally don't know why I choose this course. The faculty is just perfect in my course there are 350 students. All teachers are well qualified and give their best in teaching. But old teachers are not that good in comparison to young professors.

Internships Opportunities

There are so many internship opportunities available in my college but in general in colleges uhh will get unpaid internships with a lot of pressure. Roles of internship: sales executive, data analyst, social media manager, marketing head, content creator, or social worker.

Placement Experience

65% of students are getting placement. Left 35 % want to do their (master's) post-graduation degree. I will pursue LLB after getting this degree. Currently, I m preparing for cuet pg. And I didn't get a placement because I don't want to get one otherwise who all are willing to get got placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very affordable as Delhi University is a government University. But it still becomes costly for students as they have to live in another city and living in Delhi Is quite expensive. Actually, I don't want any job right now so I hadn't sat for any placement yet but my friends got placed in the big 4 companies like KPMG, etc with handsome salary packages.

Campus Life

Our college's annual fest is very popular among the whole of Delhi which "ullas" knc . And other departmental fests take place too. All the fests are organized in the months of March and April. My college library is very big and you can find there any kind of book related to you course novels related to competitive exams etc Students of Delhi University are very creative they run so many clubs and societies like club for dance, singing, placement, debate, and many more.

Admission

Admission is on a cutoff basis which is very high. And also admission form is quite lengthy. They upload everything on their official website. You have to keep yourself updated. The admission process is quite good but the lengthy process makes it difficult as you have to visit any cyber cafe for filling out this form. As I m in the general category so I didn't avail myself of any benefit of reservation which is sad because after getting 96% in my 12th I still didn't get admission to my dream college.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Placement Experience:

I am getting in srcc was purely my luck. i applied for this college because anywhere you see you will find the name of this college to be the top college in the commerce field and in every other way. i also applied for hansraj, kmc, hindu, etc but i got into my first preference. the admission process in not very complex you give cuet, score more that the cutoff, then make a preference list, and if you get into college you just have to submit the fees online on the du portal which will confirm your admission....Read More
