Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum at IIM Raipur is diverse and vast, In the first year they teach us marketing, operations, Hr, and finance with that we have a very good number of faculty with very vast knowledge and wisdom.

Campus Life

Life at IIM Raipur is amazing and exciting. our annual fest is 'karmaanta' which is conducted in the month of January. There is a gym. swimming pool, badminton court, football court and many more on our campus.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility of IIM Raipur consists of 5 buildings- H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5 with single occupancy and attached bathroom rooms with a proper 4-meal mess facility that provides good quality food. Also, the MBA program here is residential so it's compulsory to stay in the hostels.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

Admission at IIM raipur is through CAT exam for which we have to fill a registration form which is mandatory, followed by recieving CAP email and Personal interview. The initial criteria for applying for CAT online form was 60% in 10th and 12th.

Interview Experience

I only had to give Interview for IIM Raipur which comes under the CAP process, which is a common interview process for some iims. my interview revolved around generic current affairs, and graduation subject-related questions.

These figures highlight the institute's strong industry connections and the highly employability of its graduate . College remarkably 100 % of the students registered for placement secure jobs indicating the effectiveness of placement cell. For students at IIM Raipur the placement process opens doors numerous opportunities across the different sectors.

A student can get admission either via state quota or via management quota in MBA. Under state quota, he has to appear for an online counselling that is conducted by directorate of technical education, Chhattisgarh and to apply under management quota, student has to qualify any of MBA entrance examinations. Only students who've completed their bachelor's education are eligible.

Eligibility of course is depend on your CAT percentile and your past experience and academics. You can find application form in IIM website and application fees is 1200 and date would be in August to October. Reservation is based on caste and physical condition. IIM Raipur in nutshell

Admission through CAT MBA Entrance Exam followed by GDPI. There are different cut-off lists declared on the basis of category reservation. For example, the highest cut off like in my case will always be for general engineer males followed by general engineer females and so on.
