The good this is there is no ragging in the college

Entrance Preview

I choose EAMCET examination to get a seat into this college, and i scored around 26000 rank in EAMCET Entrance examination when the two states Telangana & Andhrapradesh are combined. Now you have to score much better score to get a seat in this college. I opt this college as it is the best college in t Warangal where i reside.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the equipments which are needed are facilitated in this college well, Almost all Courses have their own respective well furnished laboratories and good experienced faculty. Here, the WI-FI is available in the every block/building in the college

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it provides internships. It gets permission for the students from various sources to make the interships in respective industries, companies or any other depending on their course

Placement Experience

This college provides a very good number of placements. So many companies come to this for placement drives. Some of the companies which conducts placement drives in this college are TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, ARROW, SIA, RICHIES IT INFOTECH, GE DIGITAL, THINK & LEARN PVT.LTD, EFFTRONICS

There are so mang events conducted. SANSKRITI is the main cultural event of this college conducted in March every year. Technical fests are conducted seperately by each and every branch/courses. Recently, these all fests are included and organising by all depts in 2days is conducting as SUMSHIHINI - A technical fest of KITS college

Coming to fee structure, some may think that the fee of this college may be high, but by considering all the facilities and faculty the fee is feasible. The faculty are the best, accommodation is good, fee can be paid for all the facilities provided bybthe college

Yes, getting seat through the convenor seat allotment process will be getting a fee reimbursement of 35000 and a scholarship of 4000-5000 every year

Campus Life

The gender ratio is about 1:3 i.e., boys and girls respectively. So many extracurricular activities are conducted such as essay writings, debate competetions etc., Inter-college sports will be conducted in this college in different sports, to be frank all the types of indoor games and outdoor games are conducted

The hostel building in the campus is good in infrastructure and the wifi will be available 24/7. There will rooms with 3 sharing and 2 sharing. Some with attached bathrooms are also availbale in the campus hostel. Boys and girls hostels are seperate. Coming to Food, it is average

Exam Structure

There will be 8 semesters in total for Engineering. In each semester there will be 2 MID examinations and one SEMESTER examination. These MID examination marks are included with the SEMESTER examination marks. A benefit in this examination procedure is that only one MID examination marks are considered with the SEMESTER marks. Best of 2 MID examinations is considered

Admission

After the allotment process is done, we have to move to the college with the allotment letter which is to be download from the EAMCET main website through logging in with our details. A challan has to be paid in the favour of the respective mentioned details and the college admission form is to be filled and submitted in the academic office section.

Worth considering for your tech career

Likes

The college starts focusing on skill development from the first year instead of waiting until placements
The campus environment is positive and motivates you to stay productive and keep learning
The faculty is approachable so its easy to ask questions and get guidance whenever needed

Dislikes

The workload sometimes can feel intense during project submission weeks
I would like to see more cultural events and entertainment activities throughout the year
As it's still relatively new so there's no proper placement data yet

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Building Skills Beyond the Classroom

Likes

The coding culture is the best thing about NIAT. There are very frequent coding competitions that makes students actually learn things and improve their skills.
The faculty members are very knowledgable and supportive. They are also very friendly and helps everyone when in doubt.
The curriculum is totally updated and new. The use of latest technology and AI is very much focused on. Also provide internships from 1st year itself

Dislikes

The strict rules are a bit too much. The pressure is real and becomes difficult to deal with soetimes
There are hardly any cultural activities or programs. All focus is given on coding and tech related programs.
Its still new and no batch has graduated yet so its kind of difficult to record the placement rate

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Remembering College Valuble Insights Feels so memorable being a final year student.

Likes

As i joined into marri laxman reddy institute ,The campus is in a village bakcground it feels so nice to live over their .We do have several sports commisions in our college.
Our college provides sports facility and The campus was so hugee ,The infrastructure is very useful(i am talking about digital teaching lab equipments and all)
The teachers were so friendly with the students and the college has a perfect strcture category for every department .

Dislikes

The teachers were so nice but the college and teachers doesnt support student to enhace the student personal growth.The teachers were take the class by learning the ppt without any conceptutal representing
The infrastructure is good but thier is no maintainance in the college,Campus feels huge but it degradss interms of maintainance and enhance the campus intemrs of neatness .it feels so that after we return back from the holidays
Most importantly,the canteen food is worst.My friend face an incident that he got a dead frog in the manchurian rice.And the food is most coastly maintains low quality

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals,meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Likes

Things I liked they won't charge if they put any event,annual day, they will only charge for farewell that's common l thing in every college they don't show any biased over girl or boy , they won't restrict if boy and girls sits together
They kept more events in 1st year we used to attend them

Dislikes

They stopped keeping events after 2nd year
Lecturers are particular to there subjects like they taught CN subject for 2nd year the same lecture is teaching other subject in next semester
Security watchmens are so strict than clg management

Placement Experience:

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Highest package is 3-4lakhs All the companies which were came to our clg placements are based on call center types only infosys is IT side remaining all companies came us to take for the roles bpo industry voice based roles and non voice based roles My plans after completing the degree to search for the job

Yeah our clg faculty is so Supportive and knowledgeable
Our college good environment and good interaction
Our clg has better infrastructure like labs and library

Dislikes

Our college doesn’t conduct events frequently
The major one is placement opportunities should be improved
And also adminsrative process is slow sometimes

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from final year. A few core companies and bulk hiring companies visit with average packages , overall placement percentage is average . So I plan to build more skills and purse better opportunities after graduation

Likes

Sufficient time for developing skills in various fields
No financial pressure on students for examinations
Comparatively better placement rate and stats

Dislikes

Campus size, it is very small and insufficient
Infrastructure is very minimal and doesn't look like an engineering college
No hostel facility for non-locals, no bus facility for day scholars

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

My course is CSE The course is good and the competition is very tuff but if hard work is with uh u can .... I love computer science since my inter so I choosed and if any of the students are interested in CSE I suggest uu to take the CSE

The faculty of the college is quite good
The college is in the middle of city which helps a lot
There is compulsion for 75℅ attendance and the college is open gate

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very poor.. Buildings and classrooms, benches, and computers used are very old
No sports and other extra-curricular activites and no provision for canteen
Campus is very boring.. Toilets are not clean.. The admin staff is very rude

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Nice college but lot of improvements are required

The faculties are highly knowledgeable, understandable and are helpful in studies and they even mentor us in some important aspects.
Course curriculum is perfectly designed to prepare for any competitive exams that a student may be appearing.
There is not much academic pressure on students. They have ample of time to prepare for any competitive exams.

Dislikes

Management by the college and the faculties are not good
There are not much companies visiting campus. Majority of them are either for non-technical roles or are mass recruiters.
Campus crowd is not good for growth for any serious student.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams

The equipment and training classes are really good

Dislikes

Faculty is not that good they are not aware of the topics they are teaching itself amd they are learning along with the students idk why they hired them as professionals to teach us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements do exist , and it really depends on the person not much on gpa the highest was 40lakhs per annum one time , the lowest was 3lakhs , it really varies time to time but nowadays with advancment in AI and more competition placements aren't really guaranteed

the main reason for me to choose this college is that it is nearer to my house comparing my college on different parameters which I applied for are distance to travel and it seems the best in my town the reason why I was unable to make it into top most of the colleges is that I haven't studied up to the mark the admission process is simple you must have to qualify ts eamcet and then apply for counseling then cross-check with the previous years rankings relevant to the college and apply to the course.
