Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in coding and web development so the Information technology branch will help me grow and achieve my dreams. Teaching is decent in my class,75% attendance is mandatory, and the number of assignments is very high. All the teachers are Ph.D. Holders.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 117000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are different for the different categories, The management quota students have to pay full fees and they cannot apply for the scholarship, campus jobs are available in our college, and I haven't applied for any financial assistance.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in college and they take on many activities like talent shows, coding competitions, etc. Sports are conducted by a club called "parikrama" many games are played during the event, classrooms in our college are very good.

Admission

The admission process was mostly based on entrance exams like JEE and CET, and the cutoff of Information Technology was 90 percentile, you can find the application form on the ERP website of the college, management quota should not be allowed due to reserved seats for the reservation students cutoff becomes high.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

I have applied for list of many collegers like Mojhe College Pune ,D.Y.Patil Akurdi ,D.Y .Patil ,Pimpri ,JSPM college and others . But I am not get these colleges due to marks concern . But at the end I choose the college D.Y.Patil Ambi because the college has good placement along with good academic records in the past.
