Unforgettable College Days

The course curriculum is overall good in terms or relevance and comprehensiveness because it include all the aspects that are needed to surpass the whole procedure and whole syllabus . It offers a strong foundation in core subjects that are needed for future technology and they provide a great knowledge which is beneficial for that particular industry. One of the main reasons I choose this course BE-Computer Engineering because I was passionated about computers from my childhood and also in this curriculum I get an opportunity to learn various computer related subjects like C++.Python ,DBMS,OOPS ,Operating System and more to get done me ready for the future career. Having good foundation of these subjects is very necessary for the software developer. So that we can get the right job and we will undertand the past procedure well because these theory is only for exams but the practical concepts help for the future .The frequency of the exams were of 8-10 days . where we get 1-2 days of gap in between each subject exam to study . Timing of each exam was 2 and a half hour for 70 marks which is enough . Difficulty level is moderate if we study then it is easy too .

The yearwise fees I paid during my time was Rs .65,500 per year in the 4 years of my graduation. The tuition fees was Rs.23,000 ,caution fees Rs.12,000 ,registration fees Rs.2000,developement fees ,lab fees and other charges are as Rs.28,000. This is for the general category . Also the fees structure has now been changed as the college is now autonomous and current fees per year is Rs.2,00,000. The fees of my other OBC ,SC and ST categories are different from ours . Like for OBC there is 10% concession in fees . For SC ,ST NT categories there is 50% to 100% concession according to their categories. The scholarships are TFWS (Tuition fees Weiver Scheme ) means candidate no need to pay the fee if he's applicable . Other scheme Merit Cum Need Scholarship which is we get 50 % of the fee when applied to this scholarship .

The overall experience with collge life was awesome . As it included all the enjoyable moments with the friends during this time like going out for dinner ,for a movies and all . Also we were go to play the cricket in the college time on the stadium as it was the most memorable moments of the life . Also there are events like fresher's party , diwali festivals, and other social engagement and interation events where we mostly present there to enjoy .College also provide a good library which consists many types of books like on drama ,suspense ,thriller ,insteresting stories ,ducumentries and all stuff. The facilities and provisions are also great . The sports and extracurricular activities are also great for provided by the campus . There are many groups of students which are aware juniors about our culture ,our sports and overall the campus.

I have applied for list of many collegers like Mojhe College Pune ,D.Y.Patil Akurdi ,D.Y .Patil ,Pimpri ,JSPM college and others . But I am not get these colleges due to marks concern . But at the end I choose the college D.Y.Patil Ambi because the college has good placement along with good academic records in the past. Industry experts prefer to recruit in the college due to previous student's performance .The college is good enough like other colleges . The college provides all the opportunities and do their best from their side to pull you up for your success .The admission is we have to pay Rs.2000 during the admission date along with the documents like HSC and SSC original marksheets ,Domicile and Nationality Certificate and Caste Certicate

The faculty to student ratio is approx 1:20 ,which ensures that students get adequate attention during lectures and lab sessions . Most of the faculty members are helping and genuinely care about the academic growth of the insdividual student . They encourage us to ask your doubts ,some even help to choose the right path for the future . I particularly liked Meenakshi mam ,who taught us Engineering Chemistry . Their teaching style was engaging with practical examples that made complex topics easy . Similarly Navnath sir for the subject Engineering Physics was also good for teaching in effective way. There is no one faculty who I didn't like because all are good and kind . Talking to the exams , there are 8 semesters in the 4 year .In each semester there were two exams one is insem which is of 30 marks for internal and one is endsem which main theory exam which is of 70 marks . One need to get 40 marks total to get clear that subject. Also there are 20 students in our class which are fail to clear some subjects of the semester . But they clear that later . The course curriculum was good but not the best as we need more practical knowledge for industry experience and also on the ground level we can deal with the practical things. So have to focus on practical than theory .

The nightlife is also one of the insteresting unforgettable moments in the campus . We all go for a walk and sit at the campus greenery with beautiful lightning and wonderful environement . We were sitted in front of the school building where there is a garden where having peace at the night and really awesome .We bring samosa's ,chips and cold drinks at night and sit there. Really nice .These experiences really shape my life in diferent way that I will get the motivation every time remembering these things . College has the library ,cafeteria and canteen which is very big . The timing of the hostel and campus open are 7 am to 11 pm . As the restrictions were necessary due to college area . Outside college we went to the lohagad fort ,lonavla and visapur fort for trekking . Safe place is inside the hostel and rooms provided by the campus . Do not cross and leave the campus . Enjoy in campus area .
