Good college for local students

Qualify 12th with a good percentage or clear TS EAMCET to be eligible. Application forms, fees etc are given on the official college website. I did not take any entrance examinations. I am a management student. To understand the application process it's best to visit the college, look around the campus first, talk to students and faculty, and do it. Your rank in TS EAMCET doesn't matter, as long as you qualify, you can easily get in.

The course curriculum is good, as the Civil Engineering Department faculty during our study, looked up to the IITs and NITs curriculum. In my class, there were an average of 80 students and 2 faculties are mentors of the class. But during the subject, only 1 faculty are present in the class. Few faculty graduated with bachelor's, few master's and few were pursuing PhD at that time.

There is an opportunity for scholarships for Telangana students. Dont know about the rest. No campus jobs. Fees hiked to 1lakh approximately in 2019. They didn't give any huge hostel fees or transportation fee concessions during COVID.

Tech fest isn't that great. But you can attempt it for self-experience. The annual fest is branch-wise, and no funds are available. Good books are available in the library academic-wise, but no journals. Previous year project reports are also there. Classroom amenities are not bad. Not every department encourages students in sports and extracurricular activities. NO social groups or clubs or websites are run by students. Only a meme page on Instagram, which is of no real use to them.

Girls Hostel is far better compared to boys hostel. Warden is good, but unnecessarily strict hostel rules were there during our time until 3rd year. Room facilities are good. Meal quality depends on the menu, but manageable food. Sometimes the food is really good, sometimes they serve food no one eats and expects students to eat them and not waste food.
