Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course as I have an interest in coding and wanted to be a developer. The faculty-student ratio is about 1 to 11. The faculties are well qualified with Phds and the teaching method is nice for some faculties and just like friends to us. Exams are taken very frequently and I will say the exams are not that difficult but you should have a basic understanding of all the topics.

Placement Experience

4

The students became placement eligible after the 6th semester. According to data, there is no number of companies visited but the number of offer are about 400 offer for 320 students of CSE. The highest placement is of 88 lakhs (off campus) and 41 lakhs (on campus) the average placement is about 9 lakhs. About more than 90% of students are placed. My plan is to go for an M.Tech degree in Data science.

Fees and Financial Aid

As far as I know, there is no fee hike policy now on the campus and fees for 4 years btech is about 8 lakhs. If you go for hostels it may cost you about 11-12 lakhs for 4 years. There are many scholarships are given by universities as well as the government. The scholarship given by Government is MYSY. University scholarship includes two types Merit-based scholarship which is totally based on your merit of 12th grades Merit cum means this includes merit as well as family income.

Campus Life

4

The annual tech fest is named Vandeville and it is conducted in the month of March or April. This event last for about 3 to 4 days. The tech fest conducted by various departments at different times of year so it is a little hard to tell about tech fests. There is a very nice and well-maintained library and mostly all books and journals are available. There is a very huge variety of sports on the campus including the cricket ground, badminton court, basketball, lawn tennis, football, chess, and table tennis. There are mainly two types of clubs one is technical clubs and other cultural clubs.

Admission

Admission can be done in two ways from JEE or through ACPC counseling. There are reservations caste-wise through ACPC and no reservations in JEE. Application forms can be easily found on the University website. No improvement is needed it is quite fair.

Other Applied Colleges

Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology - [DA-IICT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Information and Communication Technology)

This college has nice reputation in terms of placement as wellas discipline and also faculties are supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did write the course curriculum and Indus university as good and relevant. Overall I chose this course because it has strong fundamentals project work and practical exposure. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world applications and internships, Though it could include more advanced tech technologies and industry certifications exams are regular, each semester and moderate, challenging, encouraging consistent study, but sometimes could be more practical oriented.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and covers all the basic and important subjects related to the field. This course includes both theoretical and practical subjects which influenced my decision to choose it. The syllabus helps in building strong fundamentals, but it is still more theory-oriented and less industry-focused. It prepares students for exams and higher studies, but for real-world skills, students need to do extra courses and self-practice. The exams are conducted every semester along with internal tests and are moderate in difficulty level. If a student studies regularly, the exams are not very difficult to clear. The curriculum should be updated more frequently and more practical, project-based and industry-related topics should be added.
