I have applied in many colleges of Gujarat including LD, VGEC, Adani, Ahmedabad University, BVM, DDU, DDIT and obviously Nirma. Admission in Nirma is done through clearing two exams i.e. Gujcet or JEE. The application form and its detailed information are available on the official website of Nirma university. Nirma University is a well-reputed university for various programs. BTech is one of them which is offered by the Institute of Technology, Nirma University. There are various departments in BTech here namely, the Department of CSE, EE, ECE, ICE, Chemical and Civil Engineering. And all of them have shown brilliance in teaching. The admission process here starts in April. Applications are to be submitted in April and May(deadline in May). The counselling rounds start the next month and with July coming they are over and admission is given to selected candidates. Here 50% seats are for JEE appeared students, 35% for ACPC students and left for NRIs and Gulf quota. Chemical and IC branches have 68 intakes while computer science has 270 and others have 135 each. When I compared this college with another private college of the same reputation, I found it to be more economical and with good alumni background.
