Remarks

College management is supportive when they recognize the talent of students. There are no bad remarks from my side as I am what I am because of this college.

Entrance Preview

I took MH-CET for engineering entrance and choose Mechanical Engineering at SSBT's COET, Bambhori. The admission process was easy and the counseling was delightful.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I must say that the course structure is the best as I learned a lot from the excellent faculty. Research facilities are provided right from the first year along with proper guidance and many helpful schemes which encourages the research within students.

Internships Opportunities

The Internship is provided to some students who are capable of working in that environment on the basis of merit and knowledge. It provides all the necessary help in getting the internship and some faculty members help on a personal level to get the job done.

Placement Experience

3

Any student here gets a placement on the basis of merit and knowledge. If you got it, then there's no problem in getting a job. IT heads such as WIPRO, L&T Info, Cognizant etc comes every year along with some others. The average package is offered around 2-3 LPA. The college also helps in taking part in university-level hiring which helps in getting a job.

College Events

5

Best part of this college is "Events" I was the cultural head of the mechanical department also the student head from MESA(Mechanical Engineering Student's Association). In my experience, every student has its say in arranging an event. Many events are organized for different reasons - Technical, Cultural, Management, Festivities, Etc. The National level event is organized once a year and the participation is great with the overall interaction between the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is feasible for the OPEN Category.(which I am) For others, many schemes are given in the fee structure. Average 70k for a year for open category student when I was studying, now it's been three years so maybe there must be a slight increase in the fee structure but it's worth it.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not an expert in this option as I did not opt for a loan. But I hope certain banks will be happy to serve you.

Campus Life

3.5

Amazing campus life with students across all over the country. As a mechanical engineer, I must not comment on gender ratio for my branch but a computer and electronics covers it all. There are many parties organized for students where the interaction takes place. Race-Religion-Ethnicity is a part and parcel of engineering where the scope of learning increases.

Hostel Facilities

4

I was a local student so I don't really know much about the mess. But I had stayed at the hostel many times during exam period and the hostel facilities are great with proper environment for students and a great rector. The local PG are cheap but the hostel is better.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, Indeed. Alumni members are supportive and helpful for the students. They can get you a job. The Relationship between seniors and juniors is healthy that's what helps you to recognize career options and different sectors to look for learning. Awareness about events, competitions, workshops can be gathered through seniors anytime.

Exam Structure

Practicals are taken very seriously at this college. Never miss any practical as most of the working knowledge is learned on the basis of practical and lab staff(which are experienced as well). Exams are as usual hectic for everyone but the support from the faculty is great at the time of exams.

Admission

Overall process was completed in a span of two hours (just not forget to carry all the documents). Filling up some forms and then the college has the excellent establishment of the store near to admission office which helps in getting any kind of stationary needed.

Faculty

4.5

As I said earlier, the best part of the course is the varied experience of the faculty. Right from the development of technical skills to soft skills, one can get it all from the faculty. The faculty have also recognized the talent of particular students and encourage them accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
