I choose Btech CS because I like computers since childhood and always wanted to learn about them. Faculty: student ratio is 1:70. Most faculty have Ph.D. degrees or many are pursuing Ph.D. Teachers are Good at teaching and complete the course timely. There are Three exams that occur per semester, Class test-1 (difficulty - Low), Class test-2 (difficulty - Low), End semester exam (difficulty - Average).

Idealab has opened recently which gives internship opportunities to Students who want to learn laser cutting, 3D printing, and model making. From 3rd sem there is a subject of mini project in which students prepare software and hardware project of their interests.

There are many companies who come to our college for placement with an average of 8-10 lakh per annum salary. The highest package offer is around 15 LPA and the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Around 70-75% of students are getting placement. Many prepare for gates and many go for startups.

Tuition fees per semester are around 28000 but with additional charges, it goes 40000 approx per semester. Hence yearly 80000 is the college fee. Hostel and mess charges are separate. Each semester the tuition fees are lowered by 500 to 1000 rupees. You can avail sc,st,obc scholarships per year and also apply for loans.

Life at the campus is quite the same as in all others colleges. There is an annual fest named Ojas and many tech fests and hackathons. There are a vast number of books and journals available at the library. There are many sports like basketball, volleyball, cricket, and football. Clubs like vista, Astro, click, techno, and bol provide a different experience for students.

12th pass and Cgpet percentile or Jee main percentile. Application forms can be found in the college Admission section and on the college website. There are reservations for Sc,St, and obc caste and their cutoff is less. If your Rank is under 400 in Cgpet you can get a CS branch and with reservation, it can be under 800. The admission process is time taking so it should be fast.
