Remarks

Its a college where you get huge amount of free time apart from academics given the chilled out curriculum.So its upto you to what you do withit in four years

Entrance Preview

JEE Mains. Score decently in boards and mains to end up here if you are from Delhi.However would have to sweat it out if you are from outside Delhi.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is quite good .SInce recent amendments is quite relaxing.

Internships Opportunities

Paid and non paid Internships are offered to students.The software branches dominate.Road is tough for Civil Mechanical and Electrical in general

Placement Experience

Placements are great. Figures iin news reports consistently rank it in top 10 All India.Companies offer as high as 1.25 crores ( Google)If you are hardworking you wont go unplaced!

Fees has been hiked hrice in three years.As of now it stands at around one lac per annum.It is feasible as compared to private colleges .However can be moulded to provide better student accesssibilty

Hostel Facilities and Mess Food is great.However the biggest trouble is getting hostels in here. Limited in numbers, if you are from Delhi chances are dim of you getting one

DTU FROM A FRESHER'S PERSPECTIVE

Placement Experience:

DTU has one of the best placements records among engineering colleges.Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.Top companies like google microsoft ,qualcomm,airtel visit the college every year with many offers.the highedt package often go above 1 cr for cs/it while the average package around all other branches stay around 12-15 lakhs

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. Highest package - 80LPA (Atlassian) Average Package - 20LPA Some top companies which visit on campus - Google, Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian, Sprinklr, NVIDIA, Tower Research, Estee Advisors, PhonePe, Intuit, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Samsung, Texas Instruments, etc.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

Remarks:

Mechatronics is offered by Delhi Institute of Tool engineering affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I chose this course because it is very valuable in countries like Germany and Japan. This course is related to industrial robotics, incorporation of AI in mechanics which has the demand in future. The course curriculum is good, and the only thing I want is that the students should be taught more about the practicals related to this course. As our college is affiliated to GGSIPU, the students can participate in the annual cultural festival Anugoonj. Even our college organises the technical fest Ennogy provided that the students take the initiative in organising it and that the government funds it. For connectivity the college is just 2 km away from Govindpuri metro station on the violet line of DMRC one can easily take an auto, bus or tempo service to reach the college. Students get to experience the various activities held by the government and also apply to the various scholarship schemes launched by both the central and state governments.

The infrastructure of college is good but the condition of lab very poor the the management of the colleges worst you have to suffer for a single signature of principal in the college

Remarks:

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) is definitely a good choice for studious chaps. Location and Hangouts are a drawback so watch out for that. Teachers are strict as well. But overall, the placements, crowd and the reputation has the legacy going. One needs a very good rank to get in this college.

From Classrooms to Campus ; my dtu journey

I chose DTU mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent faculty, and well-structured curriculum compared to other colleges I applied to. I also applied to colleges like NSIT and IGDTUW, but I either didn’t get a confirmed admt really tipped the scale in favor of DTU was the combination of good placement records, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, and admissions are based on JEE Main ranks, which is the most preferred exam. The cutoff ranks vary by branch and category, but DTU usually has a high cutoff due to its popularity.
