I was getting admission in 2 tier Colleges of DU and that too in courses like Political Science and others. With same CUET score, i got admission in DTU, BBA. Main reason for this college is its a government engineer college. And it has only required 50 percentage in your 12th grade. And DTU has good brand value also. And campus is very good as compared to other colleges. Its a tear 1 college. I chose this college because first of all this is a tier 1 engineering college and also i was getting cse branch here. In other college like in iit patna i got metallurgy which i thought would not be so great low collyand low branch also. I got low rank on jee advance thats why i couldn't make it to top iits. I got DTU using my category. It was the best option in my option.. In my rank I was only getting some lower tier IPU colleges. So getting DTU was best for me. Seeing the cutoff of IPU colleges. I would have gotten Electrical in MAIT in spot round, this would have been the best option if I wanted to get into tech and I was also getting NSUT mech (which alot of people told me that it was a better option). But at the end I think it worked out fine. No, I didn't get rejection because I most probably knew what I would get in my rank and DTU was the best option. I didn't apply much either, only JAC and IPU. Admission process was: give JEE exam for engineering fill out from for JAC delhi counselling wait for seat to get alloted go for document verification after allotment final allotment is your college.
