The exam is based on semester there are two semesters in one year and this is two-year degree program and four semesters in four year exams are of very good quality you will get cgpa after every exam Placement job opportunities are excellent here with placements soaring up to 1.4 crores per a annum about 9 companies come on campus for placements and almost all students get placed. Google, facebook come to intern students in this college, in my opinion it is best college in delhi to become an computer engineer. The faculty of this college is very nice and educated. all the teachers are p.hd degree holders from reputed colleges of the countries. to name some of them are the Indian institute of science, Bangalore, and the Indian institute of technology, Bombay. hence the faculty is really very good. I have given MAT Exam and got a 90 percentile and on the basis of percentile I got admission here. The first round is the counseling round where applications are sorted from various others after that we have to give Interviews and then the final merit list published

Students need to appear for the personal Interview where Questions related to the previous courses and subject which they are going to opt for are asked. Some questions related to Work experiences and background are also asked in the interview.

A bittersweet experience

Placement Experience:

Summer placements starts within 3 months of joining, there are a couple of good names recruiting and they all come in the first few months, after that its a struggled. The situtation is much better for finals and we acheive almost a 100% placements for finals every year. The placement average has been stable at around 14 lakhs per year for a while now.

The Hidden Truth of NSUT

The reason why I chose this college is a bit of personal reason. My two years of hard work didn't pay off well and I didn't want to go to a pvt college, I had made up my mind for that. I was also getting the same branch ICE in BITS too , but due to the reason that it is far away from my home was a bit challenging for me. Also I was getting ECE in Thapar but it was rejected it as the fee is really high. For NSUT, you need to give the JEE mains exam, and after that fill up the JAC counselling. For BITS we have BITSAT exam in which there are two attempts and the best of two counts. Similarly it has its own counselling. For Thapar , you can get admission on the basis of BOARDS score and JEE Mains score as well. The admission process is not that difficult , everything is online , from the fee payment to choice filling. But once the seat is alloted in a particular branch, you need to appear physically the the desired college, in which all the documents will be examined. If you fail to do so or if there is any disperency in the documents , seat will be cancelled immediately. So fill all the required details carefully....Read More
