Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because a different type of subject includes this course which is a combination of science and arts. The student ratio is an average of 40 out of 100 students. 2 semesters are in a year, and exams are also held 3 times in a semester. 2 internal and 1 main exam.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Studying fees is normal to this level I mean graduation level. Fees structure is admission fees for every semester (6 semesters in 3 years), University fees before every exam. And hostel fees for those who live in a hostel.

Campus Life

The college has a big campus and the library is filled with books. One can borrow books for 15 days. The college conducts fresher day and farewell party with sports like football, and tennis available for students.

Admission

We found the application form online, application fees paid online and offline method and application dates are also known from the college general office and college portal. The admission process also improves because colleges take admission online and offline method. It saves many Times.

Placement Experience:

After 5th sem , students are eligible for placements. Huge companies like TCS visits the campus. 2- 3 lpa is average. I just have a plan to get the placement in a good company and work therefore 6 months to gather experience and move to a bigger company.

This college is one of the famous colleges in Kolkata. This college has all the facilities available in the campus itself. The fact that everything is present in the campus makes it so interesting for all the students be it academics or be it co-curricular activities. Course Curriculum Overview:

B.com is a very flexible course for any commerce student . This particular curriculum of the College is probably not the best , because the classes are very uncertain and there's no rules and regulations for this course in the college the attendance is completely not compulsory which gives the students all the reason for not attending the college and the teacher are not very serious also However this curriculum does provide a real life exposure to the students if they want to take up finance, marketing and tax as their future working skill , the only area of improvement is the necessity of attendance and the marking scheme of CU which is extremely poor , a lot of times students fail in subjects due to I'll checking system which is a major concern. The frequency and timing of exams are very specific and the difficulty level is 3/5

SXC Kolkata is Queering other colleges of Kolkata!!

Placement Experience:

KPMG, E&Y and the big four that we call are the ones who get at SXC Campus. For B.Com (Hons) highest package so far was when E&Y broke the bank at 28 Lpa for one of the students in 2023. Almost 75% students are placed here and considering the demand and supply, this is a great ratio.

My bitter-sweet experience about Prabhat Kumar College

To get admission in MA (English) in Prabhat Kumar College, one must have to score more than 60% in graduation level in English and then he will be qualified based on the numbers of available seats. You can find application form, fees and dates from the official website of prabhat Kumar College. For reservation there have some additional scholarships which is 6-12k per year.
